Between Jason and Andrew aka the dynamic duo, they are the Mario and Luigi of plumbing... Reliable, professional, awesome, etc... I can go on and on about how Ammmazzzinngggggg they are especially in an emergency, but either way I'm glad that I kept digging because they're that hidden treasure with extra gems in the side and leaning out of the treasure chest... If you want a company that's fast, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful... I suggest Nevada Plumbing Authority... I will always continue to use them for my mother's plumbing needs... I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

They went out and replaced a water heater..... they charged us 485 dollars in non covered fees and removed the check valve for HVAC... Tenant Complained daily that they did not have hot water. 5 star keeps saying everything is working correctly and tenant has no heat or hot water.

They dont know what they are doing! Dont let them come to your property.

They can repair or service Water heaters, kitchen plumbing, add a water softener to your house and snake any clogged pipe. These guys are good, thanks Keith!

Living with elderly people this was an urgent matter, and he resolved our issue quickly, professionally, and correctly. You have a customer for life, and I will be requesting Ronald.

Mach 1 Plumbing is the best! Fast and reliable service. I’ve worked with them on more than one occasion and I feel confident that I am always in good hands. Doug is an honest business man and always does the right thing by his customers. Most recently I had a water main leak that my home warranty would not cover and the plumber they sent out quoted me $1,500 more than what Doug was able to do for me.
