Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. I have used Jason for years and he is knowledgeable, curious, does repairs in a timely manner and is reasonably priced. A rare find these days for sure!

The worst experience ever. I called the place for a 10 minutes job (to change the pressure control valve). So, Chris came, took a look, then calculate in his tablet and came with a price that we were thinking he is joking or he things we are stupid. I was offended when I realized that he was serious. $775.00 for a part that cost $60.00 and 10 minutes to replaced. I tried to explain that I work in property management and I know prices but he insisted that is the price. I called the office to complain and next day when I spoke with Mike who claims he is the manager was as rude as Chris insulting my intelligence claiming that is a correct price. So, we went to HD, purchased the item($72.00), had a plumber coming and install for $60.00 in 10 minutes. So, I saved $600.00
Do you think for a second that was the price? No, they just tried to cheat.

I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

They diagnosed and repaired my plumbing and HVAC issues to my complete satisfaction. Thank you so much. You are the best and if I have any other problems I will most certainly call them. Arrived exactly when he said he would. Best price in the area to replace my hot water heater. Excellent job well done and efficient. Did the work the same day I called. Everybody else quoted a higher price and a 2 to 10 day waiting period before they could even come out for an estimate. Charged exactly what he quoted. Brought everything up to code for hot water heater over 10 years old.
I recommend him without reservations.

Jump2it Plumbing was a lifesaver. They came on a Friday about 15 mins passed the time slot, but I can see why. Darrick was very thorough and gave a really great quote. They have financing available and were available to work immediately. They came out Monday afternoon and were done in about 3 1/2 hours. I had my main water line replaced. I would definitely recommend using this company!

Warranty company dispatched this company for a leaking toilet. Schedule was from 12-3 Saturday. Plumber called at 2 saying he will be here in 30-45 minutes .An hour later I call the plumber back asking for an update. No answer .Went to voicemail. 1 1/2 hours later I called the office. They said he is running late and won't be here until between 3-6. I said that is not acceptable and asked for another plumber. Lady on the phone got back on a said their lead in call plumber could he here between 5-8. What kind of BS is this? I called home warranty company and made a complaint. They put this vendor on my DO NOT USE LIST and dispatched a different vendor. Spoke with that vendor immediately and got the perform fixed. Avoid 2nd Opinion Plumbing and get a real second opinion from a more reliable company...

This team was great, from Shawn the lead Tech informing me of different options and educating me on what we were looking at, to Sam, Rylee & Samwell the tech who did the install on a Sunday who were profession, friendly and did a great job. This company did an outstanding job from beginning to end.

They never got back to me with a quote so apparently they didn't want to do the job! Up until them I was greatly impressed with them!

I had a very urgent water issue when George and Travis went far and beyond to remedy the situation.
I had a brand new hot water tank installed January 6, 2020 (installed by another plumber) but for some reason it failed. I call 702 Plumbers and George came out right away. He ended up replacing the tank as it was under warranty. It was the end of the day and he continued to complete the job so I would hot water that evening. Being new to Nevada and not having a network of professionals to handle problems I was so fortunate to have found 702 Plumber.
Very reasonable rates too.

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.
