My air conditioning was not working, Thomas was so kind throughout explaining everything to me and also very patient with all my questions. He told us what needed to be done and made sure that everything was going to work properly before he left. I’m so happy to have my air conditioning back!!!

Jason was one of the most professional plumber I had worked with. We had a problem with our tankless water heater. Jason came within the hour and got it working. It wasn't actually the water heater issue. It was a corroded pipe that was making the equipment not function properly. Thank God for Jason. Previous plumber have over looked this, but Jason was able identify the problem and got it working quickly.

These guys are great! I unfortunately had to repipe my whole house but they made it pretty easy. They communicated well, everyone was friendly, they explained everything that was going on and answered all my questions. They finished the job earlier than expected which was a huge bonus. I would recommend them to anyone who has to go through the hassle of a repipe or any other plumbing needs.

Not the first time using this company. Staff always very friendly and knowledgeable. Service tech remembered the little things about my family when he returned for yearly service. Was very honest about my system and what it needed to make us happy throughout the year. Made you feel like a friend, not just a customer. Would recommend these guys to everyone! Also a shout out to the customer service who answer the phones, they are always very pleasant to talk to. You can hear them smiling through the phone when they talk to you. Much appreciated! I will be a customer for life.

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.

A/C not working during 100 degree week. Called Yes, and Rch came out to evaluate the situation same day. Diagnosed problem, explained it to me in, and showed me the problem. Turns out problem was not A/C at all, but was a major problem with furnace and blower fan. Rich F. provided me with a quote on replacing my furnace.No pressure tactics. Very professional. As a result, had furnace replaced the next day. Everything wnt smoothly and work completed in 3 1/2 hours by two techs. Would recommend Yes, Air Conditioning & Plumbing.
