Haik was very flexible during my appointment scheduling and was accommodating. He repaired my dryer and completed the task with no major issues. Thanks to Jeff and Eduardo for removing and reinstalling my Moen garbage disposal with new warranty parts from the manufacturer. They did a great job and so far, so good. Leaking has stopped and disposal is working great. Still waiting on a quote to replace a Manablok plumbing system, hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

Bobby, diagnosed problem with 20+year old air conditioner, presented alternatives for repair and new installation. We elected new installation. Bobby's presentation was comprehensive and he responded to all questions. Bobby coordinated installation with his colleagues Triston and Kyler. Triston and Kyler installed the new air conditioner and thermostat. After checking the vents, etc., Triston and Kyler instructed us on use of the new thermostat and reminded us to maintain the manual in a secure place. Awesome service by Bobby, Triston, and Kyler. As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.
