I have been using Anytime Plumbing for many years. The company has always been available and wonderful to work with except for my latest experience. One of its plumbers replaced the inside mechanisms in two of my toilets due to leaks. Then we had a charcoal filter installed by another plumber who accidentally switched the lines, causing charcoal to infiltrate the tanks in all 3 of my toilets. Weeks later, the flappers in 2 toilets weren't working properly. The same plumber from Anytime returned but refused to fix or even replace the flappers that were under warranty, blaming it on the charcoal in the tank. So we called another more experienced plumber who said the charcoal had nothing to do with it, that the flappers were defective. He replaced everything inside both toilets, which cost $55 (not including labor). I called Anytime Plumbing, requesting the $55 refund. The woman I spoke with refused, never apologized for the initial plumber's refusal to help us, blaming this on the more experienced plumber, saying he should have just gone to the plumbing supply and exchanged the parts. I don't have the parts but do have a receipt. She said do you expect me to believe you? Well, yes, after 15 years of being your customer and never asking for anything like this before, I do expect you to believe me. She could have given me a $55 credit, ensuring I would call them back for more work. At the very least, she could have apologized and been polite. This company is no longer my plumber.

We had a high image plumbing company come out on some recent work and the quote we got was outrageous. We looked up local plumbers and found out that Capital Plumbing had good reviews. After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did. We look forward to working with them again on some future projects. Great guys too.

After a few other companies weren’t able to come make a repair for us at our home, I called Joe and his crew. I’m a local restoration owner who has worked with Joe on and off for years, and I have to say the reason is his care for the customer. It was nice to not have that lost on our home and family due to friendship. We were put on the schedule and treated like customers, we were notified about the techs arrival, greeted when he arrived, and before he left he wanted to show me the work to ensure I was happy. I’m proud to leave an honest review and also to see how far impact coming has come, and how far they will go here in the valley. With the guys in the field (thank you Isaac you do amazing work), to the care in the office, and the man leading the charge; Impact plumbing has a long future in the valley and bring a new level of quality! Thanks everyone for an amazing experience.

The service was excellent Kurt arrived on time and repaired the pipe in much least that was expected and the total price was even lower than the original estimate. I would definitely use Kurt for all my future plumbing work.

I highly recommend Dino's Plumbing. I had called a different plumber that was recommended by a colleague, to replace two gas risers on our property. The other company came out for a free estimate, and after digging two holes to look at the risers, wanted to charge us $2,500 for 'exploratory' work. Their quote was $6,000 to replace the two risers. I don't know plumbing, but have plenty common sense and these quotes were insane. After that, I called Dino's and they've been great to work with since. They gave me a (real) free estimate and completed the work for just under $1,000. They were very professional and did great work. Recently, I needed several exterior pipes and spigots repaired and Dino's did a great job again. It's so nice to have found an honest, family run business. Thank's Dino's!

First of all Fernando came EARLY to my home (when does that ever happen, like never). After assessing the job he then completed it in less than an hour. Fernando was very courteous and professional the entire visit. I plan on using this company again for other upcoming plumbing work. Simply put, I highly recommend them.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.
