What a great plumbing company! I had an issue with a leak under my sink and needed it fixed asap because I couldn't shower while having the main water line disconnected. I called Len and he came out as quick as possible to replace the valves under the sink. They were all corroded and wouldn't hold pressure. He explained how the parts worked and why they were breaking and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Very thorough and friendly! Can't recommend enough!

Great experience! When my house initially was flooding and the burst pipe was discovered by the restoration / mold clean-up crew I immediately needed a plumber. I had been in contact w/ Joe (the owner) prior to the pipe leak discovery so I had his number. When I needed him over immediately, around 6:30pm, he helped me right away, stayed late, and offered suggestions on ways to move forward. It was a stressful time and he was there. Really attests to his character.

Then I had Impact Plumbing repipe my house, install a new water heater, and a water softening system. Their communication is excellent w/ Taylor and the team is always on time. I really enjoyed their employee Gerson. He was personable and I even trusted him in my house w/ my dogs when I had to step out for work. Then after the work was done I had some minor adjustments requested that I hadn't realized. Taylor was great in helping me change a few valves and work out the water pressure to the fridge.

Customer service was great, the owner is a good guy that helps out when needed, and their installers are trustworthy. Highly recommend!

This is a sales and marketing company that also does AC work. They get an A+ for catchy ads and happy friendly people on the commercials and a funny catch phrase. We used Goettle last year as part of a service agreement that my wife signed up for that included an AC/furnace inspection. Once inspected, the tech calls the office on speaker and explains that there is a flame in the furnace that is posing a threat to our house. The office person tells the tech how dangerous that is, and of course the office person (sales person) knows that he’s on speaker and that we are there (part of the tactic) and asks if the owners are around. He then proceeded to tell us that our home is in jeopardy of catching on fire and that we have two units that need immediate replacing and that if we don’t act this week prices are going to go up next week because of supply chain issues. We declined their offer, and called another AC company to get a second opinion. The other AC company came out and did a full inspection and said all three of our units are fine and that we will be just fine for the winter season and to give them a call next year for another check up. Just about a year later everything is still operating perfectly. Don’t call them!

Had a pretty simple job I needed done and chose Dino's pretty much at random. Glad I did as they were super friendly, prompt, punctual, and fixed it without problem. Price seemed perfectly fair (never had to hire a plumber before so can't compare it to others) and my receipt/invoice was e-mailed to me practically immediately. Will definitely call them again when I need help in the future.

I called them about this job they wanted to hired me on but dude at raptor plumbing didn't do much to help me out about the job. People at the office lazy or bad mode

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Thank you for diagnosing what was going on and making suggestions for future pool plumbing work. While you don't do pool plumbing I appreciate you diagnosing what I thought was our irrigation plumbing leaking to actually be a pool plumbing backwash issue.

I have used this company multiple times. Every time, they always go above and beyond with communication, customer service, professionalism, and great quality work. We have used them for leaks, a backed up garbage disposal, burst water heater, and now whole house filtration system installation. They will always be my go-to for my plumbing needs.

Alex was on time and professional. They deliver a quality product at prices that are far more reasonable than the competition. Let's get some numbers: they were $500 cheaper than Pure plumbing and $1000 cheaper than Air Pro Master plumbing. Other plumbing companies charge $90 -$100 just to come out to give an estimate and do not roll that fee into cost of repair or work. Blurpee's gave Same quality of workman ship that the other high priced companies would have provided for my project to install pipe work for a water softener system. Highly recommend.
