The guys that came out were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They found the leak right away, explained what needed to be done to fix it and got it done. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Hips Plumbing everytime

Their van (plate was something close to 275-A17) was driving recklessly, driver on his phone, and cut me off 3 separate times. I was attempting to exit while they shot through every narrow opening there was in the traffic. I was in the left lane when they shot into my follow distance without a signal, cutting me off. I got into the middle lane and they pulled immediately into the space ahead of me with barely the flash of a turn signal. Further down the road I got into the right lane to exit thinking I was finally free when they slammed their gas and pulled a head of me. I was so frustrated I waited to see them pull into a plaza on buffalo and west cliff so that I could see the side of their van. All I can think is that he was running late to an appointment and that’s why he was driving recklessly and checking his phone constantly.

The best customer service that Ive had in years! I called early morning needing a water heater replaced on a friday. The lovely lady on the phone said they were booked until next week then asked me to hold for a minute... she called the owner of the business and he came out personally to do the work. loved it!!!

We appreciate Raptor Plumbing for being there for us during our trip to Las Vegas. We were staying with family in Las Vegas and they had a leak in the wall.
We were looking for quickest plumbing company that can show up and stop the leak.

Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the best plumbing and water heater company in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We woke up one morning recently to a major leak from our hot water heater and had to make the call to Sound Plumbing. The staff was friendly, courteous and concerned. Although they couldn't get out to us right away (extremely busy-a good sign), Sean walked me through the disconnect of the hot water heater over the phone during his off hours, so that we could do the repair work to the damaged drywall prior to the heater replacement.

Once we had the drywall repaired, Noel arrived on time, grabbed the broken heater and headed back out to get the replacement. He returned about an hour later (having had to go to 2 different warehouses) to install. He had everything he needed and knocked it out quickly. Noel was professional and competent. He even spent time to review future options such as a tank-less water heater at my request. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. You will not be disappointed. Consequently, this was not the first time I have used them, repeat customer for life!

Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

Called 702plumbair and had Kevin S come out and fix my plumbing issue and i had a wonderful experience from start to finish. will always call them back for future plumbing issues.

I have been using Plumbing Solutions of Nevada for all our plumbing projects. The service is very professional and they can send someone out fairly quickly. We had Ryan come out and help us, who has lots of experience. He did a wonderful job installing our longer tub spout and installed a new faucet in a tight space for a pedestal sink. Thank you Ryan!

Do Not Use! In My Opinion, This Company Is Very Suspicious!
Darren came by June 1st 2023 to provide an estimate, arriving about 2 hours late I might add. I also had to call twice for an update, instead of them letting me know what’s going on. He sold me on the idea of coming back the next day (June 2, 2023) around 2PM. He never showed up. I tried contacting him, but got no reply. I called the office and spoke with someone named Mike. He said Darren showed up and had tried to reach me but was unable to and left. I told him I have security cameras around my house and I can attest he never showed up and he never tried to call. What worries me is a stranger who is clearly not reliable or honest, now has my personal information, such as my home address, what my property layout is like, my gate code and he also asked me if I had a dog. That, along with wasting your value time, is a reason why I would NOT recommend this business.
