After having a bad experience with another plumbing company I decided to call Impact Plumbing. The technician that came out was Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and hard working. Also very personable. Would highly recommend him.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Changing my review. Although the repair guy came out and saw a small drip/leak by the pool, it didn't measure up to the amount of damage being caused to my water issue. Long story short. The true leak was not found by the plumbing service. It was later detected after coming through the walls of the house and garage 9 months later after having many pool guys over trying to repair the area pointed out by this service. Great customer service through.

Whoever needs a plumbing company....look NO further! Service manager Shawn was outstanding with his customer service. He sent Israel to our home & was very courteous & professional. He took his time with no rushing. I will definitely have them back in the future.

My water heater died a couple of weeks ago and I called American Bro's. Teri answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful (me out of my mind with water going everywhere), she was able to send Michael out that day which was a huge miracle. Michael arrived within hours of the call, got the water off and began draining the old water heater. This saved me so much money because of the damage the water could of caused. I wasn't sure how long I would be out of water because I wanted to upgrade to a tankless unit, but Michael ordered the new heater and said he would return first thing the next day. Sure enough, he had the old heater removed and the tankless on installed an running within hours. I can not express how completely amazing these guys are, they are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do. Michael - you are the best, thank you for your customer service, you are a true pro.

The guys were AWESOME! They came over gave me an estimate on the work and matched the price from another company, once complete they scheduled the install/repair within 16 hrs. The installers Travis and Isaiah came over and installed within an hour. I am highly impressed with this company and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I couldn't do anything about my garbage disposal being broken. It honestly was just a mess, I heard about Burpee's from a friend at work. I'm so glad there is at least one exceptional company I can rely on here in Vegas. They were able to fix it in 5-10 mins, and they were so nice and professional too. Look I don't say this often but if you need someone to take care of your problem, discreetly, professionally, or even just of the highest quality than anyone else in this city; then Burpee's is the only option!
