Best Residential Air Conditioning in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

My mother called this company to fix an issue with the washer drain, and they helped her by price matching another company which charged $150 less than LVR does. Which I was grateful for but then...

Shortly after supposedly fixing the problem and receiving their pay. The toilets stop working which were working fine prior to the service and I later found that they never put the drain cover back on causing raw sewage to spill out all over my moms yard! They also told her that the main drain pipe was broken! How they figured that without ever sending a camera down, still baffles me!?

So I called and dealt with the guy who came out and before I could finish my sentence, he was quoting me $250 for another snake cleaning as he called it. Then he said that there was never a cover on the pipe that spit out all the raw sewage, which is a complete lie! And when I said sir there was one there and disagreed with him, he hung up on me!

So I got a hold of the owner and he sent someone else out and the price went from $250 for a cleaning to a new main pipe for $3000 or so!!! But then he said don't worry about that let's remodel your bathroom and all you pay is the insurance deductible... I said well I'll call my insurance to make sure that it's covered, he responded with don't worry about that, we know exactly what to say to make sure that they pay for it after we complete the work!!! All I had to do is pay the deductible and give them the okay to rebuild my bathroom and they would make so much that they will throw in the main sewage pipe in on the work order!
Yeah, no! Insurance companies do not always cover all work and then I would get stuck with an internal financing program paying premium rates because I signed a contract to give them the okay to begin work!

To summarize I felt scammed and I felt that they took advantage of my mother and they were trying to get more out of her by doing a remodel of the restroom and fixing the main drain line!! Which by the way I had another plumber come out and he ran the camera in the pipe and guess what? The main drain pipe was not broken and he fixed the entire issue that they caused and put a new cap on my drain that they lost or purposely left off for less money than their drain cleaning of $250 that this company was trying to charge my mother to to fix the issue they caused!

I would not recommend this company, due to bad customer service, unprofessional employees, unwilling to fix their problems, used cars salesmen mentality, high prices and I feel that they are very unethical...

The only positive experience that I had was talking to miss Faye who was nice and understanding and didn't immediately try to make me feel like I was in the wrong before hearing me out and trying to sell me on some bogus services without creditable evidence... so I am not in any way or form satisfied and I will never recommend or use this company again and I highly recommend that other potential prey I'm mean clients don't either...

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to call Nationwide Plumbing for any future plumbing needs

Jeremy showed on time, neatly dressed and straight to the point. Didn't waste time to T/S and explained our options. Showed the product line and what were going to get. Even called Mr. Steve to help us on the pricing. Mr. Steve was also straight to the point, no hassle lets deal. Understood our condition and even offered hotel accommodations just to make living condition better for the family. Quality service, considerations and customer service OUTSTANDING!!!! Kudos to Jeremy and Mr. Steve.

Our garbage disposal went out at the worst time, Joe came right over and within the hour everything was fixed! He cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Thank you boss plumbing!

Alex was fantastic. He came out for our annual heat safety inspection and gave us great tips to prolong the use of our heater for maximum efficiency. He also replaced our contactor. Thanks, Alex!

Adam was very Awesome with the professional job he has done with our Company air conditioning. He had the mini split up and running in no time.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Great company to work with. On time and very professional. Flushed water heater twice and checked out all water sources.
