My experience with Nevada Plumbing Authority was perfect from start to finish. Jason knew exactly what was needed to unclog the drain from my washing machine. It would not spin all the water out on the final cycle. I was worried a new washing machine was in my near future. I am on a fixed income, & that would not be feasible. The thought of going to a laundromat, oh my... he fixed it, & saved me alot of money.

I am very happy with the plumbing service I received from this company. The plumber was punctual, friendly, and quickly fixed the problem with my sewer line. Their professionalism and expertise were commendable.

Amazing service! My first call to Techcool was at 6:30PM on Monday (Sorry Hector 🥴). I explained that my father had returned home that day to find the AC dead and the thermometer at 113°. Although it was late in the day, he arrived at my fathers home within 30 minutes. After trying to triage a 23 year old AC system, we agreed that the cost/effort to repair was inappropriate for a system of that age. I asked for a quote to completely replace the AC and Heating system, which he sent later that evening. Although the Corona-situation has diminished inventory of available systems, he was able to find a system that met my specific request and dispatched a team of experts that removed the old and installed the new system the very next day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer orientation. Give Techcool a chance. They are fabulous.

James came to the house the same day we called. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue we were having with the shower leak. Unfortunately, he did not have the part he needed to fix the shower on his truck as it was a weird part, but he made arrangements with us to come back the next day. James called before he came, both days. He was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and he made sure the bathroom was cleaned of his work when he was finished. He was friendly throughout both visits. James explained, in terms I was able to easily understand, what was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it, and how much the process would cost. The prices were reasonable. I was impressed with his customer service and with his skills as a plumber. Before leaving, James made sure that we were satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular plumber to anyone needing this service.

5 Star is the worst company I have ever dealt with! The technician had no idea what he was doing. He fixed the unit at 9 pm and by 9am the next morning, it went out again. The same tech came out the next day and fixed the unit again. Within 2 hours, it was out again. The tech came out for a third time and said he had no idea what was wrong with the unit. He said everything looked good to him. At that point we asked him to leave and had another AC company come out. Turned out 5 Star had installed the compressor wrong, did not bolt it down and used to small of electrical wires. That caused all kinds of problems including burning out the wires, disconnect box, contactor, etc. We ended up buying a new AC unit. I would never recommend 5 Star to anyone! Customer service is awful and they are not well trained.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

I have been calling on Angel and In House Plumbing for a couple of years now. He has taken care of my shop and also taken care of several projects at my home. He is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He is professional and knowledgeable and I can’t see myself ever calling on another company. You can trust his work 100%

We are very happy with the service from Andrews Plumbing. Paul was great told us everything we needed, how much it would cost, and when the work would be completed. We were very impressed with the amount of parts and stock on his truck, saved so much time by not having to go somewhere for hours to pick up parts. Work was completed perfectly within the time frame Paul gave us. What a great experience. I contacted them at first to do some due diligence estimates for a house I was buying and they were just amazing. After i bought the house I contacted them, and they remembered me, remembered the house, came out, saw what the sellers had fixed and adjusted their quote and viola. Work done , great job, super happy!

Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.
Towards the end of the day, I found them on google with high rated review so I gave it a go and called. Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!
