He went above and beyond and could have easily charged us so much more, but that’s not how he does business. Contacted Anytime Plumbing through my warranty company to service an A/C that was not cooling my apartment. Was left without A/C for over a week because of their inability to resolve the issue. Had to have them come back 3 times over an 8 day period to finally have an operational A/C all through 90+ degree weather. They showed very little concern throughout the process up until the 7th day when I was told I was talking to the owner and that he was going to make sure it was resolved the next day (8th day). Would never use this company for any A/C needs. Looks like they must be good plumbers though, should stick to that.

It's been so long since I met a honest plomber like Enrique , professional , sensitive with our situation and so nice 🙂.
My water heater broke and I contact my insurance company for a replacement ,
The company send me a company that was a scam company - they did everything to get from me more money and weren't professional at all !!!!!
Then I fight with the insurance company for a second opinion - it took them 5 days to agree - that's when Enrique came to our house .
He was pleasant and super professional , he found out our water heater is still under warrenty and really there is no reason to pay so much money like the other company asked .
For sure 5 star home services inc is the only company I'm gonna use for plumbing and repairs !!!!!

What a blessing!!!! We had a water leak on all days Thanksgiving!!! Ezequiel showed up right away. He was able to reassure me everything would be fine in time for dinner. He was right. He was able to find the leak in the ceiling and fixed it today. Very quick service. Thorough and reasonable pricing. I’m so thankful I called them definitely saved the day for us.

What a great plumbing company! I had an issue with a leak under my sink and needed it fixed asap because I couldn't shower while having the main water line disconnected. I called Len and he came out as quick as possible to replace the valves under the sink. They were all corroded and wouldn't hold pressure. He explained how the parts worked and why they were breaking and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Very thorough and friendly! Can't recommend enough!

Had them add a second anode rod , ( increased to 10yr warranty) this was done to a very recent installation.
Parts weren't available at time of installation.
As always on time and professional.
