Not only did he keep his promise and showed up 20 minutes later but he diagnosed and fixed the problem! This honestly was the best experience I’ve had here in Vegas dealing with a repair company. Perform a spot on analysis and arrange replacement the next day. My technician (Karap) was highly professional and effective. Picked up my water heater early morning and before duty hours. Then arranged a new water heater and installed it before I got home. Needlessly to say, I was overall impressive with this company and my technician to resolve my issue. Thank you!
