Over the phone the live operator and the live technition were not initially on the same page. But the service I received in person by Sean was very professional , direct & most important he fixed the problem I was having & gave direction on how to further fix it our selves . 👍🏼

Company failed to respond to the first appointment and rescheduled for the next day. They missed the 4 hour window and called and said they would have to reschedule a third appointment 2 days later. The Technician was very unprofessional on the phone and the office receptionist wasn’t much better. They should change the name to 1 star service.

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .

We highly recommend In-House Plumbing and Angel! My husband was hanging some floating shelves in my office and drilled through a pipe behind the wall. Water came shooting out practically flooding the room. Several calls to different plumbing companies with no results, we finally called In-House and Angel came right over. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will always go to Angel for any plumbing issues!

Ron M came on time was very knowledgeable about water heater. He was very honest about the necessity of the service of a tankless. My previous company pushed twice yearly. This previous company raised the service from 185 to 260 in a year. I will stick with an honest company with David and Ron M running the show !

If I could give Zero, I would. I tried to simply set up an account with these people for my client, and I could have snuck through TSA easier. All of this AFTER I sent a request through email, got the generic we will contact you, and nobody ever did. Close to three weeks ago. Classic example of when you don't have to chase your $$ and everybody takes getting paid for granted because they have direct deposit. Kick rocks, American Leak Detection and Megan and the even ruder Shannon or whatever your name is. Un-freaking-believable.
