I can not say enough good things about Nevada Plumbling authority. We had an outdoor leak, and Jason was able to send out Andrew the same day we called. They came on time, fixed our leak in less than 15 minutes. They are friendly, professional, and did not charge us for coming out. Incredible and honest service!

So impressed with techcool, they came out and fixed our A/C quickly! They worked tirelessly in the heat and were wonderful 10/10 would recommend them again!

We had two toliets that were running the plumber who came out went out of his way to address these issues. He keep my wife informed of the progress and showed her what the problem way. He was very professional and did a great job.

Everyone made this experience pleasant, from the receptionist to the gentleman who installed my water heater. Another company had quoted an exorbitant price. (4 times what Adaven charged). My water heater was under warranty. Adaven quoted a price to replace the water heater with a new one and one it was complete I paid the price quoted with no added expenses. I highly recommend Adaven Plumbing!!

Called them to replace a broken toilet. Mark showed up earlier then quoted which was fine by me. And he completed them job very quickly. Mark was friendly and explained any issues. He disposed of the old toilet and all box and trash from the new one. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

Don't use this service place. They are unprofessional. They are always in a bad mood and only care about going home when they are a 24/7 business.

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. The worst customer service ever her name is Cindy and the manager she said her name is Jill. I hope the owner will read this and can contact me because they just lost a customer from Liberty Mutual. You don’t need an employee like them and i hope you have recording of the conversation we have with them on Jan. 22 between I can say 2:40 -2:55 So you find out how rude Cindy is and how your manager took care of it. I have to push one Star so i can post it but doesn’t deserve it.
