unfortunately need to update my review since their last visit about my Experience with Goettl. Had an issue and needed the water heater temporarily extended to work around it. The quote I felt was extremely high to move it out a few feet and connect the hoses. I wasnt asking for reinstallation yet. In a pinch dealing with water damage from the previous owners I asked if they could do anything better for a member. They offered me less than the 10% that comes my membership. A little insulting to be honest. The tech was friendly enough but did not seem to have the same pull that Chris V. had to get things done. My other gripe is they advertised clearing drains for $99 each but when I inquired about my slow drains they told me what I should do was spend thousands of dollars to flush my pipes. Just didnt add up.They have worked on my AC unit, Water Heater and Toilet. Through with my flood inspection (courtesy of my Membership) they confirmed my suspicion about a leak under my kitchen sink. Found an issue with the external water heater pipe. The issues were discussed with multiple options on how to move forward. I thought Chris V. did a fantastic job with the repairs that we decided on. He kept me informed throughout the process and was patient letting me have time to make decisions, especially when it came to costs. It seemed he was genuinely looking out for my best interest the entire time. I would feel comfortable having him work on my plumbing any day and highly recommend HIM.

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

I’m a DIY guy, and there’s pretty much nothing I don’t repair around the house on my own, but plumbing is the exception. Installing a new garbage disposal or replacing a faucet is one thing,, but when I needed to replace the angle stops for the toilets in my home, I decided it was time to call a professional. I spoke with Excel plumbing over the phone, and they approximated about 30 minutes per toilet, and about $25 for parts for each. They said they charge an hourly fee of $100 per hour as opposed to a set fee for the job. Nice! I actually preferred the hourly fee because then I knew the repair man would take his time and do it right as opposed to getting it done as quickly as possible and doing a crappy job. They told me he would show up between 7 and 7:30am and would call me first to let me know he was on his way. The day of the repair I received a phone call at 6:45am letting me know he was en route and would be there shortly. He arrived at 7:15am, briefly discussed with me what he would be doing and got started. It only took him an hour to do all 3 toilets, which included installing a new tank fill valve I had picked up the day before. The final charges were $100 labor, and $95.70 in parts. The parts were slightly more since I wanted stainless steel braided supply hoses installed as well as the angle stops. I couldn’t be happier!
