I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+

So I had Steve come out and diagnose my A/C problem. He was VERY thorough and very knowledgeable! I knew the compressor was bad from a previous tech from a different company but I didn't say anything to see what Steve would say/find.

He checked the fan (bad,) the compressor (shorted), the freon level (most likely full) and showed me how the A/C unit was not up to mfg's specifications regarding the capacitor, some wiring, etc. All things the other tech said nothing about. He didn't even test the fan nor connected his freon meter which is required to detect a leak. Steve also looked into my attic at the A/C unit and didn't find any problems there. The other tech didn't do that either, but he did take a picture of my filters. (Probably looking for a reason to deny my Home Warranty claim but I changed them about two weeks earlier so they were real clean and I ALWAYS put the date installed on them.)
Steve also educated me on the trade-offs of using the Filtrete 1900 filters. Steve was very nice and very professional and I couldn't recommend anyone higher!

Also; here it is, over two weeks later and we're STILL waiting for a compressor from the other company to come and do the work. I'm getting to hate these Home Warranty Companies! Do they ALWAYS use the lowest bidder and cheapest parts?!?

The guy that put in my hot water heater was great, he explained everything to me and he made sure that I understood how to work my system.

His work was very professional and thorough. He cleaned up the work area after his work was done. Compared with the several sewer maintenance companies I used before, This is the best plumber ever. I highly recommend the company to anyone who is in need of sewer cleaning.

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
