I am extremely satisfied with Techcool Air conditioning and plumbing, I’ve had truly bad experiences with other plumbing companies; however, Hector in Techcool Air Conditioning and Plumbing was amazing! He was able to find the leak in my wall that three other plumbers failed to find. This issue has been on going for the past six months but thanks to Hector ‘s attention to detail this has been fixed. Complete emergency water removal and restoration. This job took a little more than a week and I had my home back fully restored. The team over at LV Restoration & Plumbing was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The owner Joe is an absolute god sent, he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with everything and explains everything before moving forward.

Our main tech, Freddie was diligent in his efforts to get all our questions - answered. Also, to make sure our home was back to 100%!!

We asked for a diagnosis of the source of a water leak. 2 different independent plumbers had come before Jose from Innovative Plumbing Pros and didn't find the source, which Jose found in no time. The 2 plumbers just didn't look hard enough and also didn't know everything to look for. Jose called us before arrival and was very helpful in telling us what needed to be done next, both under insurance coverage and out-of-pocket. We found this company to be honest, true to their word and reliable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

It's amazing in the huge city you can still get service that treats you like family. My HVAC system died on Monday and my family had no air on the hottest day of the year so far, within a couple hours after I called Simply Air had a crew out to my home to do an entire HVAC system replacement the same day! It's not a fast process because of the size of the job but Ari, Marcus, Ryley and Mike V. had a new system installed and my house cooled down by night fall. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
