Dishonest company - Would NOT recommend. Has coupon on their website for $93 to clear a clogged drain or free - guaranteed. Came to house and only had to put snake down laundry pipe but quoted over $200! Mentioned the coupon and they said they have to have a cleanout but could easily snake the line like I asked but it would be $200+ with NO guarantee. Does not say anywhere on coupon on website (and I verified) about clean out requirement. Nice but definitely disappointed with their bate and switch type coupon.

Our washer backed up into the kitchen sink and flooded the kitchen on New Years Eve. We had had to send family away for dinner while we cleaned it up, and everyone was distraught. The carpet, drawers, sink, food, everything was soaked with dirty washer water. It was terrible. After setting up our appointment over the phone, Fred came out. He arrived on time and prepared, and immediately evaluated the situation and provided a free estimate. He even gave us a discount, bringing the total to an affordable $145. He made it easy and painless as possible, and fixed everything within about an hour and a half (including an on-the-house look at our shower drain, which he ended up snaking for free and making it run so much better). He was so kind, funny, and personable, and made it easy on everyone, especially the seniors in the house, and the cost was just a plus. I would definitely recommend Anytime Plumbing (and specifically Fred!) for any plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise. We will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!

Did not use them for plumbing services but called them in the middle of the night with a sprinkler system issue. They got back to me on the phone very quickly and walked me through how to shut off the valves without trying to charge me. The person went out of their way to try to take pictures and verbally walk me through the process. Would definitely give them a chance for plumbing services.

I’ve been using Len for a few years for small plumbing jobs around my home. I thought he was great! I bought a new home and needed major plumbing, not only did he give me the cheapest estimate, he was the only person that said he didn’t have to open any walls. Len and Angel did a wonderful job! They were on time, worked cleanly and efficiently. Completed my job in a timely fashion, I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work, big or small.

David was fantastic! My water heater died on a Sunday. I woke up to water all over my garage, driveway and street. I called NBWH and Ronald answered immediately. He felt my frustration and really tried to help me that day. I was able to schedule for the next day. David came out and performed an inspection to make sure the entire unit needed to be repaired. It definitely did. He had the new 75 gal water heater installed in about 2-3 hours. He went over maintenance with me and was just amazing. He noticed the main valve that turns off water to my house was broken (he turned water off from the street). So I will have that repaired next. Just an overall great experience.
