Best Repair / Replace / Install Plumbing Fixtures in Las Vegas NV

I called Nevada plumbing authority after a dishwasher repairman left our garbage disposal unusable. They called back nearly immediately and helped us fix the issue over the phone. The plumber did not even need to visit our house! Honest and helpful. Any plumbing problem we ever have again we will be calling Nevada plumbing authority! Thank you!

Technician Brian came out to our apartment at 7300 Pirates Cove Rd and helped us at a time of need. He went beyond what most people would of done and help fix the water leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. If i ever have a plumbing problem in the future im definitely calling Brian out again. 5 star sevice for sure!

I have called upon Sanderson Plumbing for service twice in the past.
The first was to repair and install a new supply line coming into my home.
I was impressed with Jason and his skillset. Just take a minute to watch him work and you know quite quickly that he is very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. During this repair experience he even allowed me to do some prep work for the project to save me some money. I gladly did the work and he proceeded in completing the project.
A second time, I had supply lines leaking to the laundry room. He promptly came to my home and completed the repairs.
The most recent interaction with Jason involved the extremely slow drain for my kitchen sink. I have dealt with issues like this in the past and everything I tried was to no avail. I gave Jason a call and told him what I had tried and suggested that I probably need him to come out and snake the drain. He asked if I could try one more thing before he puts it on his list. I did exactly what he instructed and shockingly, it worked! I did not even need tools to fix it. This is the type of guy you are working with, someone that is always interested in helping and making the experience the most cost effective as possible.

Our water heater was over 12 years old so we contacted Alex at Resolution Plumbing who was referred to us. Alex gave us a comparison between another water heater or a tankless one. Though a bit more expensive we went with the tankless system and glad we did. Alex is a great communicator and not a pressure salesman. Highly recommend Resolution Plumbing for all your residential and commercial needs.

My plumbing company the honest plumber closed down so I called someone new. I am only giving 1 star the Technician Eddie was nice and friendly and knew what was needed, however this goes for the company itself. When I called them on Monday April 4, I spoke with a guy who normally doesn't answer the phone to schedule appointments, he told me if I wanted him to come out today it would be a little more in cost. I asked him how much for estimate he said its no charge unless they do the work the same day and that would be 69.00 he also stated that fee would be applied to the cost of the repair. NO NO NO not true well I don't see how its true. Eddie came and looked at my toilet 2 of them were doing the same thing water kept refilling up it was due to the handle not sitting correctly causing the rubber stopper to not shut properly. Upon inspection Eddie stated oh I have a handle in my truck I can change this out real quick for you, me thinking okay great he did the same for the toilet upstairs I was thinking okay well this shouldn't cost that much I knew he wasn't replacing them for free. When he came back inside my home with the billing agreement did I get a sticker shock of $98.00 yes $98.00 for two handles he said well me coming out here was $69.00 already. I said no they told me it was a free estimate they had Eddie thinking he was coming for a service call not a free estimate I'm sure. I told him I bought a whole kit from home depot for 24.00. I handed him the check and said thank you have a great day. I called the company to let them know I was not pleased with the fact I was told 69.00 if work was done and the guy on the phone stated management said it should have been $125.00. Oh okay guess what they just lost a customer do your research before getting service done I usually ask how much something will cost before they fix it but I ASSUMED well you know what they say when you assume. I didn't have a problem with paying the 69.00 grant it he came out and did replace the handles but 98.00 or even 125.00 is too expensive he didn't even get dirty.

I wanted to first say that our experience with this company was first class!!!! They don't normally help people with our problem but spent the time to do so with us. Answered us when our landlord wouldn't and treated us first class!!! They really care about the customer and I recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
