I called early in the moring around 8 am to set up an appointment for later on today between the hours 2 -4pm . Cancel all my plans to wait for them for a leak i had .and 2:45 hits and they Cancel on me .they wanted to reschedule for tomorrow with no justification just supper disappointing..I support local businesses but this one had me upset..not even hey if you can wait for tomorrow all wave my service charge. So I found someone else

My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday and on a day here in Vegas when it was 112 degrees outside. My water heater broke and flooded my garage. I called AHS warranty company and they gave me the runaround for days, while I had to sit for HOURS on hold on the phone just to get transferred around repeatedly.

They finally assigned my claim to 5 Star Home Services and I was able to get an appointment set up. They sent Garry to check my water heater and he showed me where it had leaked and that I need a new one.

By this time I had been taking cold showers for over a week! AHS was still giving me the runaround and I ended up catching a cold and laryngitis from the cold showers.

I was finally able to get an appointment with 5 Star to get it replaced because I had finally given up on AHS. Garry ended up calling me 2 days before my appointment and he told me he could come THAT same day to install it!!!

Needless to say, I was thrilled and he did such a good job. He was very patient with answering all my questions and I was able to take a long hot bath that night.
