I had a leak in my slab.  I called my home warranty company and they sent a low tiered plumber.  They right away quoted me $6k to reroute my plumbing above the foundation.  I never like using the home warranty companies, so I called and ended up meeting with 3 other contractors. Vegas contractors are known for being shadey, and the ones that came out also wanted to reroute my pipes...and the price kept going up.

After doing a lot of research on rerouting pipes, I came across LV Restoration.  On the phone, the woman who answered was able to answer a lot of questions and she seemed super knowledgeable about plumbing.  She conference called me with one of their technicians and discussed the issue.  They agreed a reroute may be needed but wanted to come check it out in person.... AND AT NO CHARGE!

Here's where is gets really good..... Brian.  So Brian comes to my house and I explain all that I thought I knew about my issue.  He too agreed that we MAY need a reroute, but he did something Crazy. He actually said lets open the walls up where the manifolds are and investigate what the problem is before we commit to doing a larger scale job.  Brian said he has done many of these types of jobs in the past and would know exactly where to look and exactly what to do, in order to minimize the amount of unnecessary work.

So Brian came to my home, opened up the wall (as shown in the picture), did simple diagnosis that he has learned with his years of experience, and showed me which one of the copper lines had the leak.  He cut the line and capped it, and there was no leak to the rest of the house!!!  So now we had to figure out which location the bad pipe went to.  This is important because instead of rerouting the entire house, we would only need to reroute the one damaged line.  Turns out it was an old line capped off during a remodel 20 years ago...AND WE DIDN'T NEED TO REROUTE ANYTHING, JUST CAP OFF THE LINE.

Brian could have easily taken my wallet for a ride today, but he was very honest and thorough.  The price I paid was a fraction of any quote.  The frustrations were eliminated today.  I can't stress enough how great this company is.

Derick and his team are great. My water main pipe had a leak. Derick came out gave me an estimate and the work began the next day. Derick, Sean, George and Nick were great as they replaced the entire main line and worked to get the job done quickly. Nick worked incredibly hard trenching and George didn’t stop, while he was trying to get this job done. Even in this heat, while they were working they were friendly and answered my questions. Sean worked incredibly hard saw cutting the driveway and digging the first hole looking for the leak. Sean also does a great job of cement repair. They put my landscaping back almost new. This is the only company I will call for all plumbing concerns in the future. Thank you!

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Mark Peii was super awesome! Fixed the leak, did it in a timely manner, very respectful and mindful of us and our home, cleaned up after the repair, and even redid the water lines for the dryer because it was hooked up wrong before he came. We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

We had a big problem with our water pressure in the house and had already had 2 different plumbers inspect everything, but we weren't thrilled about the high estimates. After a friend recommended Flo Pro, we realized it was the best choice to fix it. On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!

Superb Service At A Reasonable Price! I called A Better Plumbing Company after researching plumbers with the Better Business Bureau, Nevada State Contractor's Board, and through online reviews.

I called A Better Plumbing Company in the afternoon and was offered a same day appointment. I spoke to Carla who was extremely pleasant. She stated that Juan was in the area and would be able to stop by for a quote before the end of the day. Juan arrived a short time later and promptly assessed the situation. Juan assured me that the repair could be handled relatively quickly, and he wasted no time in getting to work. Juan removed the leaky pipe and soldered in a new pipe cleanly. Juan also happily completed some smaller repairs that I had forgotten to mention to Carla, and he did so despite having to work past normal business hours.

Juan’s Get-It-Done attitude was greatly appreciated. He answered my endless questions without exasperation. He didn’t give me short cursory answers either and did not talk down to me. Juan is truly an asset to the company. I will definitely use A Better Plumbing Company for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Juan!
