Hands down the best! Responded right away after my hot water tank went. They were here early and Alex was extremely professional and did a complete walk through of my issues. They even encouraged getting other quotes to install a new tankless water heater and water softener. 3 other companies did not come close!

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

I have a service contract with Goettle. Today they sent out Brandon who knew exactly what he was doing. We had a noise that would occur every time we put the heat on. He located the source and corrected it. He was very pleasant and showed us the results of all the tests he performed as well as pictures he took as he performed the tests on the system. Service today was excellent. I would Definity recommend Goettle.

Kurt was very professional and detailed. I could not have been more pleased by his finished work and reasonable pricing.

Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

WORST Customer Service EVER!!! .... by one of the OWNERS named Joel. She was disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. I am a business owner myself with over 300 clients and could never imagine treating anyone that way. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this COMPANY and pass it on. I would give -0 stars if possible!

After a friend recommended Flo Pro, we realized it was the best choice to fix it. On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

Have used Butter Plumbing a few times. Most recently, I made an appointment for the following day. Next day, late afternoon, they need to re-schd.
#2 day late afternoon, clerk calls, tech is running late. Early evening, tech calls, running very late, do I want to re-schd. for day #3.......NOPE
