Carlos Areopagus was the technician who came to our home. Very polite young man. Very knowledgeable about the problem and the repair process. We were working with a home warranty company and he helped us with the appropriate information needed for them. Typically he would do the repair , but his boss asked if we minded if a senior tech with a tech in training could come and do the actual repair. So we are waiting for the other techs to arrive. So far excellent service.

My water tank broke today (Feb 3, 2022) around 3:45pm. I called Hip's Plumbing after searching for a quick, reliable, and professional company. They were prompt and were able to get someone out to me around 5:30pm. They were able to install a brand new electric water heater. Upon rehooking up the main water line, we noticed a crack in my washing machine hot water cable as it was situated next to the new water heater. Tyler, Cory, and Jose were able to fix that problem real quick as well. I couldn't be more happier with Hip's Plumbing service. Hip's Plumbing Service will be my go-to plumbing service from now on. Thanks Guys for all you do!

Dango Dango is a fake reviewer paid by other companies to bad mouth Reputable companies. if this not the case I challenge him to meet me face to face with documentation of his use of these companies. I will bet he will not, as like all scammers only talk and not an ounce of dignity or ethics.

My old water heater flooded and they came to help within an hour. The next morning installed a new water heater and system. Highly recommend this company and this is a first choice for my clients as well.

We called Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair when our initial A/C company was a no show..BEST AIR was quick to schedule a technician to arrive within 2 hours of my phone call. They kept in contact with me in the interim, communication is the key to any company and they went above and beyond.Alex was prompted, courteous and answered all my questions. After the initial inspection he explained 3 options for us. We made our decision and the work was completed within the hour bringing comfort back to our home. We will continue to use them as our primary A/C and and Plumbing needs

Nick is fantastic! He diagnosed the problem right away with the hot water heater and gave options for repairs or replacement. I chose to replace the unit due to its age. He also completed repairs on another unit in the home. He was extremely polite, explained everything well and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I'll never call anyone else going forward.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

We appreciate Raptor Plumbing for being there for us during our trip to Las Vegas. We were staying with family in Las Vegas and they had a leak in the wall.
We were looking for quickest plumbing company that can show up and stop the leak.
