Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+

Active plumbing employees are so professional and kind. When I spoke to Carl to make an appointment he was helpful. I needed an emergency repair for a toilet leak issue and the response was quick. Tony got here on time and repaired the leak and changed out the supply line right away. Very efficient and helpful as well. Wow is all I can say I used them in the past and can say they where very nice and did a great job. But this time for an estimate and the guy came out it went from finding a leak to saying he couldn’t fix it to he would have to do entire replumb of the whole house when I had the whole house replumbed already a year and a half ago so we have a leak and want it fixed. This is just ridiculous and then gave us a $7000 estimate for s replumb I am so done with people taking advantage of kind people Is there anymore nice people in this world I am so disappointed I am just trying to get things down before my baby arrives and I am so frustrated right now I give them one star
