I called early in the moring around 8 am to set up an appointment for later on today between the hours 2 -4pm . Cancel all my plans to wait for them for a leak i had .and 2:45 hits and they Cancel on me .they wanted to reschedule for tomorrow with no justification just supper disappointing..I support local businesses but this one had me upset..not even hey if you can wait for tomorrow all wave my service charge. So I found someone else

Haik was very flexible during my appointment scheduling and was accommodating. He repaired my dryer and completed the task with no major issues. Definitely will work with him/Mastermind Mechanical down the road...but hopefully not too soon otherwise that means my appliances and/or HVAC is going bad. Thanks for the great service and price.

Innovative Plumbing Pros is the real deal and can fix just about anything. Jose, the owner operator, came to my house on a Friday night at 9:30 to fix a tough burst pipe. He couldn't have been more respectful and honest. Very high quality work.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

I've had the experience of dealing with several Plumbers to conduct repairs at my house, and as homeowners will attest, pricing is important. With this said, I found this particular Roto-Rooter service to be competitively priced and focused on customer service. From the person who contacted me (the dispatcher) to the technician (Jared) who performed the work on my water heater, this company provided a high degree of service. I required water heating service work on my 10 year old water heater; the technician, Jared thoroughly explained the repair process to me and provided suggestions on maintaining a healthy system. There was not strong arm sales pitch to replace the unit, which is always nice. Overall, my entire interaction with Roto-Rooter and the technician Jared was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this plumbing service as a viable option for home owners in Las Vegas.

After searching for a plumber and dealing with no shows or no one returning calls, finding the American Brothers (and Mike) was like a breath of fresh air! He came by to do an estimate for the job and was back the next day to do the work. . . arriving right on time. He did an excellent job! Mike is very knowledgeable and is an expert on all things plumping. You can tell that he enjoys educating the homeowner so that you are informed on how things operate. I had a bathroom sink that was draining slowly, it was very easy to schedule the apple at a time that worked for me. The technician, Bob, was very professional and polite and even followed my special instructions to let me know when he was arriving. Overall great work, I would use them again.

Le llame para desirle que se tapo de nuevo y me dijo que nesesitaba un jetting me cobraba $650.00 dlr. .el sabia que se taparia de nuevo al meter solo el cable..al sigiente dia..son UNOS ESTAFADORES..

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

I couldn't do anything about my garbage disposal being broken. It honestly was just a mess, I heard about Burpee's from a friend at work. I'm so glad there is at least one exceptional company I can rely on here in Vegas. They were able to fix it in 5-10 mins, and they were so nice and professional too. Look I don't say this often but if you need someone to take care of your problem, discreetly, professionally, or even just of the highest quality than anyone else in this city; then Burpee's is the only option! Thank you guys so much!

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Miguel is the best. He arrived when he said he would and didn't leave until my problem was solved AND he was reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about him......I highly recommend him.
