Josh from Valley Plumbing arrived promptly and called half hour before arriving! He assessed our toilet, took some pics, waiting less than 10 mins for property management approved job, and went right to work on our toilet wax ring. He cleaned the little mess that was made, told us to wait at least 3hrs, and said we have a warranty so let them know if have any problems in the near future! Fast and efficient! Thank u Josh! Honest plumbers! I couldn't believe it! I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed. He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed. He knew it though, and his honesty trumped his profit motive! Karma says 10 times good will come to Dino's Plumbing and all theirs, because they put MY interests first.

On time. In fact a little ahead of time and we like that. Came prepared with own light and cushion pad to work under kitchen sink. Quick and clean. Took all old parts away.

Hard to get in contact with real person. Watched YouTube videos and liked how they rolled. I wanted to hire this company but with a slab leak they couldn't come out until following week. Went with Dignity Plumbing who hooked us up the following day.
