Tyler came out to fix a bad leak I had on the side of my house. I called in the middle of the night and it took him less than 10 minutes to get there. He worked all night & part of the next day to fix it and get us up and running. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Precision Plumbing again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday and on a day here in Vegas when it was 112 degrees outside. I called around to several places and no one answered until I called Mastermind Mechanical. Haik answered the phone and said he could be here within the hour. Not only did he keep his promise and showed up 20 minutes later but he diagnosed and fixed the problem! This honestly was the best experience I’ve had here in Vegas dealing with a repair company. He was honest, knowledgeable, fast, gave a fair price, and I will for sure use him again in the future and refer him/ the company to everyone I know.
