Sean and Brandon came out to Sandy Valley to find a leak that we were unable to find. They called when they were on their way and kept in touch as they traveled. Brandon discovered that the problem was with our washer. A leak that we had not discovered even though we had been searching for several days. Sean and Brandon are a very professional team and resolved the problem quickly. Great company! Not many companies will service Sandy Valley. Not only did Eternal Plumbing readily agree to the distance, but their prices were unbelievably reasonable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends!

Perfect timing, my ac was in its last leg right before the Vegas summer kicked in. The service we received was outstanding everything was explained clearly, they were professional & very courteous!

Mac was very professional, prompt, and extremely helpful. He analyzed our water line leak situation, detected the leak and repaired it all in only 1 1/2 hours! My water heater broke and flooded my garage. I called AHS warranty company and they gave me the runaround for days, while I had to sit for HOURS on hold on the phone just to get transferred around repeatedly.

They finally assigned my claim to 5 Star Home Services and I was able to get an appointment set up. They sent Garry to check my water heater and he showed me where it had leaked and that I need a new one.

By this time I had been taking cold showers for over a week! AHS was still giving me the runaround and I ended up catching a cold and laryngitis from the cold showers.

I was finally able to get an appointment with 5 Star to get it replaced because I had finally given up on AHS. Garry ended up calling me 2 days before my appointment and he told me he could come THAT same day to install it!!!

Needless to say, I was thrilled and he did such a good job. He was very patient with answering all my questions and I was able to take a long hot bath that night.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

We just finished up an emergency repair on our main water line. Jose has been a god send! His demeanor and presence was so comforting. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was able to rig a fix for us to get us our water back on. Vegas Vally Plumbing sought our home repair that I listed on Angie’s List. Joshua was amazingly kind & professional. He documented why repair was not needed or needed. He did not try to find other problems, unless it truly needed attention.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
