Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Definitely worth the money for plumbing leak detection.

Curtis was professional and honest and gave a good assessment of what exactly was need for the complete sink and garbage disposal replacement. Wanted to get this done for quite awhile and wasn't sure who to use for the job. Feel great with the end result. I will for sure make Frontier my first call when I have plumbing needs in the future!

The original review was 5 Stars (see below). Our last visit for AC annual check up was disappointing. Our favorite tech, Willie, no longer works for Silver State. Also, it seems they have owner/management change part of which seems to be to have turned their technicians into salespeople. The new guy spent more time talking about their new club to join to save money on system checks, which apparently are in line for a big price increase. He also only did a portion of what Willie did. I will be looking for someone else to do the check-ups next year. (sad face)

(Old 5 Star Review) We have been using Silver State for preventive maintenance service on our home HVAC for about a year. They've been responsive and their prices are very reasonable. Our last check on our air conditioner a few days ago was done by Willie who is just a great guy. In fact, I made him promise not to retire anytime soon. We will definitely call Silver State in the Fall to check the furnace and we will be asking for Willie!

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .

Very professional/Quality work/On time...Had an emergency on my main sewage line clogged, I called Innovative Plumbing and with no hesitation within an hour someone showed up and unclogged my main sewage line. It would have been worse if I waited. Thank You!

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

Alex M. from Impact Plumbing was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a dishwasher water supply line leak. After repairs, he ran my dishwasher to confirm no leaks at both new connections. His attention to detail is commendable.

I had no water going into the house - Kevin was sent for the task - He was professional, problem solving mentality and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my need was met... Issue - Shutoff valve system needed to be replaced including Pressure Regulator - Kevin gets a 10 / Boss Plumbing gets a 10 - My homeowner warranty company uses Boss Plumbing so you know they have to do the job right... They came installed my water heater in a heart beat , we had some plumbing pipe issues which they repaired, what a relief! Professional , friendly, affordable , and work on weekends which worked perfectly for my schedule ! Thank you i highly recommend !
