I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.
Towards the end of the day, I found them on google with high rated review so I gave it a go and called. Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!

Honest plumbers! I couldn't believe it! I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed. He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed. He knew it though, and his honesty trumped his profit motive! Karma says 10 times good will come to Dino's Plumbing and all theirs, because they put MY interests first.

We were notified by Active Plumbing and Air conditioning that the technician would be arriving in approximately 40 minutes right at the beginning of the appointment window. TL the tech introduced himself and went to work to determine the problem. He identified a leak in the condenser causing the system to lose it's refrigerant. He contacted Bryant the manufacturer and provided the information needed to process a warranty claim. Since he was told the part would be a minimum of three days out he made temporary repairs so the system would be useable until the condenser came in. TL kept up informed at every step, offered options when possible and explained everything he did. When Bryant responds on the warranty information he will get back with us and schedule permanent repairs.

Read this entire review so you can get an idea how great these guys and gals are. I had a second-story tub drain leak and I had already opened up the ceiling below the leak myself. A friend referred me to Jump 2 It, they were the first of FIVE quotes that I got. Not only were they the lowest quote (except for a guy who wasn't bonded) they were lower than the other three by $250 - $450!! Plus, they were the ONLY company of the five who said they wouldn't have to open the wall behind the tub, which would have created another drywall repair job and added expense: my one request was that they do the job entirely from below and they were the only team who agreed. When the original tech had a personal emergency, Anna worked hard to make sure another plumber, Brandon, got to me on time. What happens with older plumbing (25+ years) is that fixing a leak sometimes leads to other things breaking and that happened in this case. Brandon ran out, got the parts he needed, and still finished the job in a very reasonable time frame. Even with the the additional work, the entire cost of the job STILL came in lower than the next highest quote! And they were still able to do the entire job from below, saving me even more money and hassle. Anna and Brandon both were fantastic, and I would absolutely use this company again and easily recommend them to anyone.

W e had our water heater go out last night. Water was leaking from the top and bottom of the unit. There was no hot water. We went to Home Depot to get a quote for a water heater and installation. Home Depot doesn't actually do the install and sale. They farm it out to others. When we got the quote for the water heater and install, it was $2400 $554 for the water heater and $1800+ for installation!!?? That's a rip off!! Then we called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC and the polite woman who took the call was very nice and understood our dilemma and quoted $1400. Thank you for the fantastic work too.

I’m a DIY guy, and there’s pretty much nothing I don’t repair around the house on my own, but plumbing is the exception. Installing a new garbage disposal or replacing a faucet is one thing,, but when I needed to replace the angle stops for the toilets in my home, I decided it was time to call a professional. I spoke with Excel plumbing over the phone, and they approximated about 30 minutes per toilet, and about $25 for parts for each. They said they charge an hourly fee of $100 per hour as opposed to a set fee for the job. Nice! I actually preferred the hourly fee because then I knew the repair man would take his time and do it right as opposed to getting it done as quickly as possible and doing a crappy job. They told me he would show up between 7 and 7:30am and would call me first to let me know he was on his way. The day of the repair I received a phone call at 6:45am letting me know he was en route and would be there shortly. He arrived at 7:15am, briefly discussed with me what he would be doing and got started. It only took him an hour to do all 3 toilets, which included installing a new tank fill valve I had picked up the day before. The final charges were $100 labor, and $95.70 in parts. The parts were slightly more since I wanted stainless steel braided supply hoses installed as well as the angle stops. I couldn’t be happier!
