Called Techcool with ac emergency after hours . A tech was at my home very quickly. Juan knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We’d definitely use Haik again.

We bought an entire new AC system $15,000. In 2 weeks it’s broken!!! They tell you a time someone will show up and that doesn’t happen. After an entire new install, you’d think we would get better treatment!! They don’t pay for hotel rooms if the new system goes down . They don’t rush to repair it! They don’t care that you’ve had they’re installation crew was here for 16 hours total to install (leaving me in the hot house at 93 degrees inside). Then just 2 weeks later to go through this AGAIN!!We are senior citizens and our house temperature last night was 87.We are so disappointed at the lack of quality service. The repair guy today felt the need to leave the door open while he worked inside. It’s 106 degrees. Does he have a brain?????This is NOT QUALITY WORK!!!!A year later and I’m still having the same problem. Still unresponsive and stupid. I set an appointment and wasted my time with the dumb a@@ who forgot to actually make the appointment!!!! I had to call again and waste more time. They really just don’t care at all!!!!!

There are plumbers and then there is the plumber! That’s Mach 1 plumbing. When our kitchen drain backed up, Mach1 was there in 30 min, we had our water heater break, Mach1 was there! Thank you Doug.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.
