I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Found Precision plumbing on the Internet. I called them and told them my water Heater was leaking in the pan and it’s 7 years old….and probably need a New one. A technician by the name of Chris came out within the hour. A very nice young Man. He ran the numbers on my water heater through his computer and said it was out of warranty by six months. I then said how much for a New one …..and he said a 50 Gallon would cost me 1,600 Bucks. I told him I had a new one installed about 15 years ago and it was 850.00 Bucks. I told Him No Thank You ! I then found another company and they said I If I would go to Lowe’s and Buy one which I did for 675.00 ….They would install the Water Heater for 150.00 …..Which I was very Happy with ! I also gave the technician a $50 tip. So the Total cost was 875.00 …..P.S. The moral of the story is look around you can always get a better deal.

Im a single mom who just moved to my first home and had no idea what to do when my guest bathroom started flooding downstairs. I called LV Restoration and Joe was so helpful. The HVAC work that was done seems to be fine. My problem is with the professionalism of the technician and most especially this company's customer service. Our technician was here 2 days in a row. The first day, he accessed the problem and explained he would need to come back the next morning at 9:00 am because it was already too hot in the attic. I know. I am sitting in a house with no AC in the middle of a Las Vegas summer. I get it. So he leaves and I realize that he has left a mess. Insulation all over my laundry room and in my garage. I was irritated (Remember, I am sitting in a hot house), But I clean it up because I feel for the guy. The next morning he is late. He gets here at 10:00am (He told me 9:00 am but the appointment had a four hour window). Whatever, dude...just get it done (One would think at this point that it was already too hot up there, but who am I to complain?). I have to leave because I am already late for a previously scheduled meeting. I have my Dad here to help lock up after the technician is done. I get home this afternoon to find another mess in my garage and laundry room. There are dust marks and scratches on my brand new dark gray Electrolux washing machine from where he obviously placed something. Ugh! I call customer service to explain what happened and was told that I should really understand since this poor technician has to deal with the heat all day. Uh...what?!? So, let me get this straight. Not only will I not receive an apology, but I am now a heel for not being more considerate of my technician? 5 Star Home Services...I am pretty sure you all DO NOT understand what that means. 2 very enthusiastic thumbs down!

I’ve been using Len for a few years for small plumbing jobs around my home. I thought he was great! I bought a new home and needed major plumbing, not only did he give me the cheapest estimate, he was the only person that said he didn’t have to open any walls. Len and Angel did a wonderful job! They were on time, worked cleanly and efficiently. Completed my job in a timely fashion, I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work, big or small.

After a few other companies weren’t able to come make a repair for us at our home, I called Joe and his crew. I’m a local restoration owner who has worked with Joe on and off for years, and I have to say the reason is his care for the customer. It was nice to not have that lost on our home and family due to friendship. We were put on the schedule and treated like customers, we were notified about the techs arrival, greeted when he arrived, and before he left he wanted to show me the work to ensure I was happy. I’m proud to leave an honest review and also to see how far impact coming has come, and how far they will go here in the valley. With the guys in the field (thank you Isaac you do amazing work), to the care in the office, and the man leading the charge; Impact plumbing has a long future in the valley and bring a new level of quality! Thanks everyone for an amazing experience.

I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been binge watching “once upon a time”, but the service I received yesterday was like something out of a fairytale. My heroic villain, David, and his apprentice, Chris, went above and beyond on my routine plumbing inspection. They re- caulked my under mount sink that was falling down and even changed my light bulbs above the sink. They were both kind and courteous and got the job done quick and the right way. Thank you both for relieving me of some single mom duties. Every little bit of help means the world to me!

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company.
