Entered into 10k contract to install tankless water heater in early February 2023. April 12, 2023, I received a text that the tech was on his way, the problem- he's supposed to arrive on April 13. Called Goettl, they apologized. 6:49 am on April 13, received a called from security guard that Goettl requested entry to the community. I opened my garage, and moved my truck to give tech room to work. Tech sat in his truck. I went back inside my home. After 20 minutes, I came out to see what progress had been made. The tech was gone, and no work had been done. I will never use them again.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

We had two scary quotes from two other companies to redo all the pipes in our house, my mom had used Adaven before so we called them for a third opinion. They gave us a much more reasonable price, were extremely friendly and professional, and we had hot water back on (and safer, more quality pipes) in no time. I want everyone I know, and don’t know, to use them.

AC made some noises, James showed up and found problem and even checked other things and 2nd unit! Fixed problem and retapped places that needed work! All for no change! I am looking for replacing both units and will definitely be calling back

My bathroom sink was backed up due to the neighbors garbage disposal and they came in and fixed it and even cleaned up the nastiness. I appreciated them so much. They finished everything in less than an hour it seemed like. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
