Our service technician, Rueben, was very professional, polite and helpful with all of the issues we had with our units. If I were to use this service again I would definitely recommend Rueben! Len and Angel provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process of finding the leak and fixing it. Len was very communicative and prompt with the appointment. Once they showed up to the house, they were very friendly and knowledgeable in locating and resolving this kind of issue. Len and Angel's experience in this field clearly shows because they encourage asking questions. After they fixed the leak, there was an issue with the sprinkler that was a separate issue from the initial leak. I called them, Len and Angel came over and fixed the problem for me for free of charge. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Overall, this service is highly recommended; I believe they do things right and in the most honest way! Thank you again Len and Angel, much appreciated it!

After having a bad experience with another plumbing company I decided to call Impact Plumbing. The technician that came out was Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and hard working. Also very personable. Would highly recommend him.

I felt the company had good pricing compared to other companies. Great overall experience from the office staff to the technicians. Will definitely use them again and will ask for Matthew.

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

We had a thermostat issue and then our air stopped working. Joshua Dixon showed up within an hour and quickly diagnosed our problem. He had the needed parts in his truck and was able to get us right back up and running! And our new thermostat is installed and working!Great service Thank you.

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262.
Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks?
Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
