In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. We highly recommend LV Restoration for all your flooding recovery needs, as well as any other kitchen/bathroom renovation and remodeling needs. They are awesome. Came right out to help investigate why my water bill was so high. We found not only the suspected water main leak (which is typical for our part of town), but also found 3 other leaks in my landscaping systems. They fixed them all and now I am back to a normal water bill and not wasting precious water in the desert.

After digging up and repairing my water main, they put everything back to normal. It looked they hadn't even been there. My front yard was immaculate!!!

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

They promise to start the next day for me which they did right on time that they promise me.

I feel lucky I ran into this guy. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he created a mess that he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a perfectly reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else with any future plumbing issues.
