I will be calling Precision for future problems. They were awesome in getting a technician out the very next day. They were very accommodating for with arrival time for my technician and the technician Jeremiah was wonderful in handling our water heater issue.

Very thorough and they take time to understand needs and to explain the work that needs to be done. They also provide additional insight on the products that they install.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. We’ll make sure to call Time for any future heating issues!

I was assigned 5 Star Home Services through my home warranty. I was VERY impressed with how fast and professional this company is. After putting in a request to my home warranty company I was contacted within an hour. They told me Garry would be here between 11pm-2pm. Garry called at me 10:02am and said he would be early! Garry showed up, had a great attitude and was super professional!!!! The job was done within an hour. From start to finish (including the time I submitted my home warranty claim) everything was done within 2 hours. Garry even cleaned up the dry wall in the garage that was cut!!! Should be called 10 star!!! Will use again!!

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

We have a 1.5-year-young house, but somehow the bathtub faucet cartridge went out. We were out of our warranty but these guys came through with a quick visit despite being after hours. They completed the job after the parts store opened in the morning and charged a very fair price.

After the first call of them coming out I tried to see if the plumber who did the work for the builder would be able to complete the job and if any of it would be covered under warranty. They were rude, not as knowledgable as One Drop and wanted to charge more than 2x the price.

Anthony and George were able to solve my hot water issue that two other plumbers couldn't. I highly recommend 702plumbER. Exceptional service and professionalism
