I am extremely satisfied with Techcool Air conditioning and plumbing, I’ve had truly bad experiences with other plumbing companies; however, Hector in Techcool Air Conditioning and Plumbing was amazing! He was able to find the leak in my wall that three other plumbers failed to find. This issue has been on going for the past six months but thanks to Hector ‘s attention to detail this has been fixed. Thru my hm warranty company. Made an appt. Drove over 400 miles to be at my new place for this appt .I was there 30 min early. Never heard from themAfter an hr, called their office, was told their tech finished early, so left my area.Would have to reschedule she said. I explained that I drove 400 miles to be at this appt. And they never called or contacted me to tell me that their tech was leaving the area, nothing..0 communication.Worse company ever!DO NOT USE!!!
