We were absent for 18 months and the cartridge for the shower faucet collected scale and the hot water flow was severely reduced. I called NPA and scheduled a service visit for noon the next day. That was fair enough for a mid day call. But later, Andrew phoned and said he could come out that same day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a new cartridge, came back shortly and installed it. They exceeded my expectations.

On April 10, 2022 Bailey from Anytime Plumbing put a new seal on one of our toilets and stopped a leak from the tank. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He kept us informed on everything that needed repairing. We would definitely ask for Baily again if we have other plumbing issues.

We had a high image plumbing company come out on some recent work and the quote we got was outrageous. We looked up local plumbers and found out that Capital Plumbing had good reviews. After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did. These guys are the best. You can not beat the customer service of the technicians. They have been at my house several times fixing a water leak as well as plumbing stoppage and they do not stop until the job is done right.
