What a terrible experience. Just purchased a house and had some questionable thermostat connections. The dog$hit tech's recommendation was to replace the whole system than figure it out. Going elsewhere.

Wow! 110 degrees expected and my home insurance says they can come out in 9 days...whaaaaa?? Called Goettl. Explained the issue, A/C not blowing cold. Saved me time by sending a tech first who advised us the unit is older than he is. LOL NOT! Our tech was fantastic! Keith Urrutia was professional yet friendly. Didn't feel pressured, felt listened too and understood. What a pleasure to deal with! Our unit is DOA...but no fear! Keith made some calls, explained everything thoroughly, and wasn't annoyed at my 312 questions. We chose a unit (no pressure what-so-ever) They came the NEXT MORNING!! Adrian and his 2 man crew prepared the area and here comes the BIG crane!! That crane operator had some major skills! New thermostat and filters, and instructions to work the system. Just WOW! I could go on and on. Absolutely will use Goettl again and will sing their praises to any and all. Thank you doesn't say enough. From 104 to 78 degrees. God Bless

Jerry and his nephew were absolutely the most professional plumbers I've ever had the privilege of using. Plumber was able to come out same day I called and he picked up toilets I bought at will call. He could furnish toilets but I wanted to choose myself. He had to go buy parts, but he was here early next morning & completed job quickly, professionally, & left no mess. I would call them again.

After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. We had a big problem with our water pressure in the house and had already had 2 different plumbers inspect everything, but we weren't thrilled about the high estimates. After a friend recommended Flo Pro, we realized it was the best choice to fix it. On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!
