The company was there when needed. The tech was great ,and was quick to find the problem. The only reason I said 4 intead of 5 stars was bc it was a little more pricey then I thought it would be. But wouldnt hesitate to call these guys first regardless. Thank you.

Thank you Frontier Plumbing for helping out! Curtis was great, very responsive, kept all his appointments and always arrived within the agreed upon time window. He even gave me some maintenance tips and explanations for cleaning the aerators of the tub and bathroom faucets. I would definitely utilize Frontier Pluming's services again in the future. Haik was extremely professional, and showed he really cared. Serviced my AC Unit that he installed last October. Everything is in great working condition. Company is honest and reliable, I recommend them 100%.

I tried three times to contact them but they never responded. I saw their commercial on TV and I wanted to have my system receive regular maintenance. I don't know why companies advertise and don't bother to take your business, seems like a waste of time.

I used their website first, clicked on the coupon and entered my information. I received an email confirmation that someone would contact me but no one did. After 4 days I responded to the email and asked for someone to contact me. Once again nothing. Last night after 7 days I called, got their answering service. They took down my information and said a tech would contact me shortly, nothing happened.

Today I gave up and called another company I found on Google with good ratings. Actually their tune up price was $10 cheaper. They are coming out tomorrow morning. BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair.

I hope you guys have better luck with this company but if your time is valuable maybe just pick someone that answers the phone or emails and really does something. LOL

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

We had a leak that was sure to put us on the water abusers list distributed by LVVWD. Owner Joe came out, gave us a quote and honored my Veteran husband with a 15% discount. They completed the project timely so we offered them another project of installing a new water softener. Again we received a competitive quote. Bailey and his helper arrived timely, completed the project, and were very professional. We definitely recommend Impact Plumbing and would hire them again....we just hope we never have another water emergency in our future. Thank you Impact Plumbing y'all were great.

Behind extremely professional plumber come in. He was kind, he was transparent and he was efficient. They didn't charge to have him come in the house. They only charge for the services they provide and they do an exemplary job. I would definitely work with these guys.

Had a late night emergency plumbing situation and they answered my call and a plumber was there the same day. Thank you for the quick service.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Delinda , in the office is awesome very friendly and knowledgeable , the office has great communication and they were an absolute pleasure to speak to and set up scheduling , Carlos the technician that came to my house was very professional , very friendly knowledgeable , and very courteous
