After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Initial quote evaluation. We would like to commend Anytime Plumbing for teamwork efficiency. I called today to request for a quote, Andrea greeted the call with a positive attitude, gathered water leak information, and placed us on dispatch list for the next available time; she wan’t able to guarantee if techs will be available today or this week; but considered to wait in line until further notice; while calling other plumbers for quotes and availability. Luckily, I received a call 2-hours later by Heather, to confirm a tech available to come same day within 30-45 mins. Awesome!Service tech - Francisco arrived promptly at designated time. He called me upon arrival and inspected the water leak area. Within 10-mins, he identified the problem with the Fill Valve which needed to be replaced.He called me back to quote the price to replace the part and labor of $300 ($150 for part replacement, $150 labor same day). During this follow up call, we had a family member in his presence giving rude opinions; which I’m apologizing for her behavior on the other end of the call. I explained that she is not the owner of the home, and the owner has the decision to select the best and qualified company to fix the problem. We truly appreciate Francisco’s high quality level of customer service, patience, professionalism, and follow through. He communicated with grace and integrity.Although we are evaluating 2-3 quotes today, it goes without recognition of the efficient teamwork at Anytime Plumbing; their friendly, follow through service is essential under high pressure situations.“Pursue excellence and success will Follow” appears to be their motto.

Professional job, friendly and accurate

It took them no time to schedule my repair, the tech was very pleasant, polity and very professional. When he left, it did not look like someone had been there at all. I highly recommend their services, either commercial as residential. They've done both types for us.

On behalf of my husband and I we are beyond grateful of GOETTL Air Conditioning and Plumbing Service. Our AC Unit was not pushing out any cold air. Other than our kids we have 3 dogs.. mind you these past few days its been over 110 degrees. We called our home owners insurance on 07/26 and received the most poorest quality of Service from the Air Conditioning company they sent out 07/28. Come to find out our home owners insurance company is conveniently closed on weekends, so we called Goettl. Within 24 hours they sent a tech to our home. Not only was the customer rep just amazing over the phone but she was EXTREAMLY PROFESSIONAL. The tech Kenneth came over evaluated our situation and provided us with a sense of care and comfort that Goettl is able to assist us with our AC issue. Although we had to purchase a whole new AC Unit... the process was smooth, professional and extremely satisfying. The gentlemen that came to our home to remove and install our AC Unit complete the work with in 6-7hours. Again everyone whom we were in contact with were very professional and kind to our family.***we would definitely recommend this company moving forward to others in our situation***THANK YOU!

We discovered that the pipes that support our master bath were not the correct pipes installed and it caused a water leak into our kitchen. We called our home warranty company and then sent out Anytime Plumbling to assess the situation. They came back with all this unnecessary work and told our warranty company that the work that was done was out of code which of course gave the warranty company an out not to cover the damages. Anytime Plumbing comes back us saying they can fix it for $4k! My wife calls Dino and he comes to the rescue. He identified the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes for 12% of what Anytime Plumbing charged. If you need a trustworthy and quality plumbing service, Dino plumbing is the way to go!

I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

Replaced valves for faucet and refrigerator.

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.
