These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. I first contacted this business at the beginning of January. I had very little to no follow up when it came to the office. I was originally quoted for a job and informed it would be 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks later I had no reply and no responses with a timeframe for this work to be completed. The office could really work on how they manage and follow up with clients because I was very close to calling another electrician. David Moore was sent out to the site with little to no information about the job I had already been quoted for and he wasn’t even told that he would be doing the installation the same day he was sent out. Even after not knowing he was sent to do the work that was previously quoted David was able to reassess the entire situation take his own measurements and get the entire job done in 1 day. What took almost 2 months of follow up phone calls was completed in less than 1 full work day! David deserves a raise and is the sole reason for my 5 star review. When requesting service be sure to ask for David from the start and save yourself from unwanted obstacles that can be avoided. Thanks so much David , you were very appreciated.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

These guys were sent out by my Home Warranty company. The compressor was frozen, so they said they had to shut it off and let it thaw before they could fix it, and they couldn't come back for a couple of days. They came back two days later, and claimed that there is nothing wrong. They told my home warranty company that there was nothing wrong. They also told my home warranty company that the problem was the outside humidity. As though somehow 37% humidity will stop AC's from working in Las Vegas, while air conditioning works just fine in places like Florida in spite of constant humidity much higher than anything here. They told the home warranty company that I need to keep my AC set over 75 degrees and it will be fine. I had already told JT's techs that we keep our AC at 77 degrees. There is an obvious issue with this unit. These guys however aren't interested in doing actual work, but rather just getting the quick service call fee from the Home Warranty company and moving on.

Update: I'm responding to the owners response. A frozen compressor when the system is set at 77 is a problem! You can't tell me that you can't find a problem with the system, if it stops working completely when set at 77 degrees. There is an obvious problem.
