CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY INSPECTION WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS INSPECTION.

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

Had another company tell me that i was leaking CO and needed a new furnace. And that my both my furnaces were working innefficiently.Called this company for a second opinion. Was told the first company was using scare tactics and my units were fine. This was confirmed by a third company as well. I thank them for their honesty and urgency.
