M.C. Plumbing was great! They worked with me on the appt time. Miguel, the technician was prompt and did a great job. Only downside was I thought it was a little expensive. On sight estimate was $425 for a kitchen sink faucet and disposal install. Job took less than a hour. I will use them again, though.

Luis approached me in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my pressure breaker valve that was incorrectly installed due to builder error. He performed the work in a timely and efficient manner while answering all of my questions with patience. Luis provided detailed notes of the issue for my records. He also advised me of the warranty for worked performed and a receipt was provided. I will highly recommend Luis for future repairs.

I had a sudden issue with my water heater yesterday. I googled local repair services in my area and sent a quote out to 3 companies around 2PM. MG Drain Cleaners responded basically immediately and asked what issues I was having. I explained and Miguel told me he could come look at the problem by 5PM the same day! He came by at 4PM, so least than 2 hours after I contacted him. (Other companies told me I would need to wait until the 27th to have them come out.)
He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary parts to fix the issue, and went to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently! The issue was resolved in less than 2 hours, I believe. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues to me, what had to be done, and gave my husband I an estimate to approve before getting to work.
The pricing was beyond reasonable, especially considering how fast he repaired the water heater.
He showed me after fixing the water heater and gave a few tips on how to handle it in the future, if any other issues were to arise.

Don't use this service place. They are unprofessional. They are always in a bad mood and only care about going home when they are a 24/7 business.

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.
