We had burglary in our place and we got flooded. We contacted LV Restoration and plumbing right away. They response time was so quick. They checked our place right away and coordinated with our insurance company. Blane was the person in charge for our place. He is the best contractor we can ever have. He worked so fast and efficient. He coordinated with us for the kitchen reno, paint color, wall repair, he even added some extra touches in our home. I would like to give a Big Thumbs Up!!! to the owners of Innovative Plumbing Pros. I actually got to see the owners Tiffany & Jose shine doing their very best in a very bad situation. I was called in to do an Emergency Service Dry-down & Clean Up on a unit that had a flood “Water Damage and to make matters worse we found out once into the job that this flood was one of a few that had occurred in that very unit. Bad situation “ YES and adding to all this the tenant had severe respiratory issues. My company AAA Carpet Cleaning handles these type of emergency/high stress water loss situations all the time however, what I almost never see is the Concern, Care & Attention that was given to the resident/tenant. It was unbelievable, the owners Tiffany & Jose treated this tenant as though she was a family member.
They communicated with her throughout the entire process making sure that lodging & food were taken care of and that a very fast but thorough dry down was being completed.
This story has a happy ending. Within 2 days the tenant returned to a very dry & good smelling unit. She was so happy she actually posted reviews about her experience so to all you nay sayers out there that scream there are no honest plumbing companies in Las Vegas Innovative Plumbing Pros is proving you wrong. ….. Excellent Job Guys!!!

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were confident fix the problem quickly at a significantly lower rate than the competitor.
