I can't tell you how many emergency plumbers we called when our valve snapped. Most didn't answer, others couldn't send a tech, only one could even send a request out to a tech but couldn't give an eta. After waiting 2 hours for them, we called Nevada plumbing authority. They got to us in record time, worked super fast, and prevented a flood. I'm eternally grateful, and cannot recommend enough.

Had a water heater go out, was leaving town 24 hrs later so urgency was key. Frank was at my house within two hours of my call and finished the job well after business hours. Great customer service and a fantastic plumber.

We had a main line clog. Originally we had a quote from another company and it was astronomical. We called anytime and they said they would be able to do it for a fraction of the cost. Steve showed up within a half hour of calling ready to get the job done. The line was cleared using the jetting service and we were very satisfied and thrilled to save a ton of money. Steve had a great personality and even took a look at a few other things for future recommendations. We will definitely be using anytime for our future plumbing needs.

We noticed a leak in our front yard on Tuesday morning 1-8-19 and called LV Restoration. They showed up within an hour. Brian quickly located the problem. It was our water main into our house. It was repaired and everything returned to normal. Their professionalism and quick resolution is commendable.

Scott - the plumber who came out was very professional and ensured the job was done with the utmost care, taking his time with the finer details of the project. He helped improve the quality of the install and corrected a lot of the problems we’ve previously had with our toilet. His customer service was above and beyond your typical repairman.Let me be clear - you are going to pay a premium for whatever the project entails, but at the end of the day the attention to detail was worth every penny to me.

This was a great first experience with Hips Plumbing! Jeff and Eduardo went above and beyond with their customer service. They arrived early, were extremely fast and professional in changing out our water heater. Will definitely be using them in the future with any plumbing needs we may have!

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!
