I bought a new refrigerator that could not be installed because the water line for the water dispensers on the old refrigerator could not be disconnected from the wall. I called some other plumber that quoted me $960.00 to replace that shut off valve. I called Nevada Plumbing Authority for another estimate. Andrew came to my house and was able to shut the valve off and pull the line from my existing refrigerator out. No repairs were necessary. I saved $960.00 because I found an honest and competent company. I am grateful that I found them. It is a relief that he did not try to sell me a repair that was unnecessary. I am so glad I found this company. I went through countless weeks of dealing with air conditioning companies sent by my home warranty company who only came to my house to make a small problem worse. At the end of the ordeal with all these other hacks who came over and ended up damaging my unit, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a problem they caused and said they were not responsible because I couldn't prove they did it. I spoke with Hector from Tech cool air conditioning on a Tuesday night, and I had him scheduled for Wednesday morning. That's simple. They came over, found the problem and gave me detailed explanation on what was going on. These guys made me feel like I could trust them and that is something you can't get nowadays. I had my unit up and running in 30 minutes and I paid about half of what the other guys wanted charge me for something they damaged! I am so thankful for honest and knowledgeable companies like this one. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

The 2 guys that came in where very professional and got the job done quickly.

My elderly widowed mother pre-paid 1/2 the job cost (nearly $1000) but decided to cancel the work before they started because they said we were confused about the price and it cost more than we were told.
They kept her money for two months like a free loan and I had to call them repeatedly until they finally retuned her money.
I wouldn't trust them any further than I could throw them.

Used camera down the mainline to detect major clogging. Hydrojetting service made pipes go from 100% clogged to looking like brand new. Good guys working there and will call on them again for any major plumbing issues and recommend to others. Thanks -Ben

Wow. What a great business! Very professional and clean. My water heater busted and I called LV Restoration and Plumbing they were very friendly and made it out to me within a few hours to have my water heater replaced I was very impressed with their quick response definitely deserves 5 stars!

Called Silverstate Repair Services for fixing a leaking outside water pipe. Got an appointment the same day, in the afternoon. The technician Ricky came over and had it done efficiently. Where have I been all this time? Highly recommend Silverstate: everyone was very nice.

Don’t be skeptical about all the 5-star reviews here or on Yelp. They are legit! David is the best plumber (or contractor of any kind) I ever worked with! and I’ve worked with hundreds over the years. He is a rare find in Las Vegas, someone who really cares about his work and the outcome and does whatever it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied and does it at a fair price. Started with a no non-sense quote and he explained things way better than the other guys (who told me some things that didn’t even make sense or David convinced was not the right way to do it). He put in a top-of-the-line tankless Navien for half the price of what some of the big companies were quoting, and he did it the next day on a holiday weekend! We are thrilled so far with the unit but especially the clean installation. Thanks David!! Joe in the office is a great guy to work with also.

If I could give Zero, I would. I tried to simply set up an account with these people for my client, and I could have snuck through TSA easier. All of this AFTER I sent a request through email, got the generic we will contact you, and nobody ever did. Close to three weeks ago. Classic example of when you don't have to chase your $$ and everybody takes getting paid for granted because they have direct deposit. Kick rocks, American Leak Detection and Megan and the even ruder Shannon or whatever your name is. Un-freaking-believable.
