Best A/C System Vent Cleaning in Las Vegas NV

Had a leak that was difficult to find they found and fixed it with no problems. They showed me the problem and how they fixed it. Very polite.

I had to call a plumber for an emergency and they came to the rescue the same day, very professional will definitely use again

Been using Silverstare for 6 years and the have always been there when I needed them. The last service call the technician diagnosed the problem made sure I had heat and cameback Monday morning after getting the part.

My first choice

I have been trying to use this company, thanks to my
Home warranty, to fix and or replace my AC unit. It took nearly a month of constant phone calls and showing up at their office to get any movement. Constant no shows, run around, not answering calls, and techs not showing up for days with no calls or explanation. I have filed complaints, spoke with the owner, to no avail. They are not customer service friendly nor expeditious on their intent. The AC install was fine but the follow up has started back to square one. No warranty info. No paperwork. One duct vent needs adjusting and a drip pan installed. Two weeks now and still waiting after the installer failed to show for 3 appointments.

Have worked with this company for years. They have always been on time and priced reasonable. Would recommend them and have to others.

Our A/C went out on Saturday night and we called Active Plumbing & AirConditioning. They sent TL out within an hour and he was able to resolve the problem right away. We would recommend him for any servicing you would need done.

I appreciate DeAndrew Lewis service because being a woman he explained and showed me the problem . And fixed it with out over charging me . He gave me understanding and provided great service .

After 3 weeks of being out of service, while trying to establish if my quote was the best possible price available. Alaskan did reduce my quote slightly. Still I know I'm being overcharged by double. Research all part numbers on your own with a quick Google search. Then ask how many labor hours that part is expected to install. Make your own decisions based on what is best for your household. My decision is to break a 20yr relationship with Alaskan and share my experience with you. We're not looking for the cheapest parts or service. We just want to ensure we are not being RIPPED OFF! If a part from a dealer direct source costs $68, it's not fair to charge $380 and say that a warranty, labor and service meets the difference in price.

These guys are awesome. Used them many times for different issues. Fair, friendly, timely.

These guys were sent out by my Home Warranty company. The compressor was frozen, so they said they had to shut it off and let it thaw before they could fix it, and they couldn't come back for a couple of days. They came back two days later, and claimed that there is nothing wrong. They told my home warranty company that there was nothing wrong. They also told my home warranty company that the problem was the outside humidity. As though somehow 37% humidity will stop AC's from working in Las Vegas, while air conditioning works just fine in places like Florida in spite of constant humidity much higher than anything here. They told the home warranty company that I need to keep my AC set over 75 degrees and it will be fine. I had already told JT's techs that we keep our AC at 77 degrees. There is an obvious issue with this unit. These guys however aren't interested in doing actual work, but rather just getting the quick service call fee from the Home Warranty company and moving on.

Update: I'm responding to the owners response. A frozen compressor when the system is set at 77 is a problem! You can't tell me that you can't find a problem with the system, if it stops working completely when set at 77 degrees. There is an obvious problem.
