Needed a new water heater. Called Mastermind Mechanical. They came to install the next day. Haik was professional, and on time. He called to inform us he was on his way to the house. The water heater is a Rheem so it is a good quality. His estimate was very reasonable and Mastermind Mechanical had the best warranty out of the other estimates we received. I will refer Mastermind to my neighbor and friends.

Good work ethics, Jay was professional and understood my issues. I would say this is a trustworthy company.

On the second visit by an experienced technician a very nice man, we finally came to a bottom line of my AC problem, and I really appreciate his visit, even tough he claimed we need another type of professional, not his field I appreciate.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

The person who helped us was Raven and she was absolutely wonderful and thorough. The service provided was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. TL the technician was very punctual, respectful and explained everything very well . When I called Active they responded quickly they said it would be between 10 and 12 he was here at 10 and had my air working before 11 and in Vegas we have triple digits this time of year so thank you Active plumbing and Air you are the best

Over priced Goodman’s being pushed on you by in my opinion the unprofessional manager.
This place used to be a work place of ethics per previous customer experience and values and now has taken a turn for the worst.
DONT BUY THE DAIKINS
You’ll have constant problems!
And that’s all they want to offer because they went cheap over quality in my opinion!
