I liked the fact that Mike accommodated us in short notice. I like they are very professional and best of all reasonably priced.

I was having shower issues and called Bumble breeze. The technician named Kermin came out within three hours of the call. He was able to fix my issue within the hour. I will definitely use bumble breeze in the future and appreciated Kermin’s kindness and help.

I set up an air conditioning service with Yes! and it was a disaster from the beginning. The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because Craig was very nice. I set it up for between 12 and 2. They showed up earlier than that, and I was not here. Then, even though I told them on the phone that my apartment was located above my office and explained the situation, which should tell them they may need a tall ladder. When they arrived, their ladder was not tall enough. They said that they needed to reschedule for the following day so that they could bring a bigger ladder. The ladder they had was 28 feet and it was just short of the top of the building. He said he needed a 34ft ladder. Then today, I got a phone call saying that they did not have a taller ladder and therefore had to cancel. You are telling me that a large company like this doesn't have the equipment in Las Vegas to go on top of a 2 story building? This city is built up. It doesn't make any sense.

We've had a couple weeks to replace the water heater Jorge has done a fabulous job. I highly recommend his service.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.

My shower drain was backed up, and I tried drano and my own snake. Called Dave and he came by within a hour and cleared it in 15 mins. Thanks again

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.

I had my 40 gallon water heater replaced by Pedro from Much Better Plumbing. Really Great Guys and very responsive. They’re fast, efficient and AFFORDABLE! Highly Recommended !!

I rarely post negative comments about services from a company. However, for those interested in reading, this is simply a caution. For some reason, we were not customers who experienced the same wonderful service so many others have reported.We developed a slow drainage problem in the kitchen. Attempting to repair it ourselves, we dropped a small tool down the pipe. Frustrated by two problems now, we called Pure Plumbing for an estimate. They agreed to come by the following day, and gave us an 8:00 to 5:00 window for arrival.The repairman, Ron, was professional and pleasant, and asked questions to apply discounts to reduce the price of the service. He used his camera for less than a minute to locate the tool and told us it had dropped down into the drain a few feet. The charge was $307 for that service, but he said it would be credited to the final bill. After some telephone calls, he concluded it was possible the entire kitchen island would need to be removed. Furthermore, the repair may include cutting into the cabinets and drywall, and possibly break-up and replace the foundation of the house. All this for a mere…. [drum roll], $7,600.After several hours of frustration, I cancelled the service. I called another plumber who came to the house and looked at the problem. He was here 30 minutes and removed the tool and unclogged the plumbing. His total price was $250. That was less than the use of a camera from Pure Plumbing.So, caution! You may think about a second opinion when evaluating a plumbing repair. We used Pure Plumbing to purchase a new hot water heater a few years ago which was guaranteed for 10 years of service. We did not shop around because we needed immediate attention. The price was $1,800They do come out once a year to drain and refill the water heater for free.
