I cannot say enough about what a GREAT local plumbing company this is! When our old water heater died one recent Monday morning, I contacted Jason at NPA and he was at our property later the same day. He discussed our options in detail, and provided written quotes for 3 solutions by the end of the day. We decided to upgrade to a tankless gas-fired water heater. Andrew came out the next day and began work to remove the old water heater and install a tankless model in our garage. He expertly ran new water pipes to the new heater and had everything installed in a jiffy. He did a very neat and professional installation and it all works great! We now have instant hot water anywhere in the house.

These guys take obvious pride in their work, and rightly so. They are on-time, efficient, communicative, and they clean up everything after the work is complete. Sure, you might find plumbers around the valley who will do the job cheaper, but to me the workmanship, professionalism, and peace of mind that comes with working with NPA is worth any extra little cost you might pay. Highly recommended!

I called to request two quotes for my toilet that had running water and was scheduled right away. Office staff was really nice. The plumbers arrived on time, not sure if one was training but both plumbers were really nice and friendly.They provided us with two way over priced quotes.The plumbers recommended the same toilets they installed for Resorts Worlds. First red flag. In my head I was like really….We’re normal people living in a middle class home, why would you recommended the most expensive toilet there is. Whatever.First quote we received was for them to completely replace two toilets: They quoted us over $1,000.00 for each toilet to get replaced.Second quote we received was for them to change all the parts inside the toilet: They quoted us around $900 for each toilet.My husband and I immediately laughed when they left our home. Our first immediate thought was wow do they think we’re dumb?We went with another company sent us an honest plumber and charged us $150 to change everything in both our toilets.It’s been a few weeks already and toilets are working as new.The main purpose of this review is to remind everyone to do your research, get multiple quotes if the problem can wait. These companies, like, Precision Plumbing, don’t care about your pockets and are willing to rip you off.

Thank you Frontier Plumbing for helping out! Curtis was great, very responsive, kept all his appointments and always arrived within the agreed upon time window. He even gave me some maintenance tips and explanations for cleaning the aerators of the tub and bathroom faucets. I would definitely utilize Frontier Pluming's services again in the future. The crew that helped me out was very effecient overall. From talking to people on the phone to those who worked at my house. I had one of the guys try and troubleshoot a few things inside to see if maybe we could get my insurance to cover my cost. After seeing it was a problem from outside they were still willing to work with me so that I didn't have to pay the whole thing at once which was greatly appreciated considering it was a pretty big job. They worked on the problem right away and got my leak taken care of. Not sure why the negative reviews because they did the job and got it done.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

I’ve been a customer for over 2 years at the advice of a friend. Their responsiveness to any problem I have has always been attended to efficiently and effectively. Today I had James do a system maintenance on my unit. He did a thorough job and assured me everything is working perfectly. They will be back in a few months to do another maintenance check. Nothing like having the best to “git her done”
