We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿‍♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.

Making the appointment was easy breezy and Saul was quite accommodating to my changing schedule and I appreciate his patience. José arrived in a mask during this time of the current pandemic and got straight to work. He offered two options for replacing my leaking garbage disposal with their very own product, and he explained the benefits of both which allowed me to make an informed decision. He even gave suggestions to dry the damp area and to prevent mold/bacteria. I did take it and now the mildew smell gone and the area will soon be all dry. As a single lady, I felt safe and secure while José was in my home as he was polite and respectful. I would use and recommend Hydro Plumbing in the future.

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.

Prostar saved us thousands of dollars when our entire house had to be replumbed due to faulty Kitech connectors (which they had not installed). Their work was excellent and they are wonderful people to work with. Since then we have had them do many plumbing projects. They believe in service after the job. Just last month, I texted them on a Sunday for some advice as I was replacing filters in the RO system they had originally installed. They were helpful as always. Jorge and Oscar are the best!

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
