In my opinion, finding a good plumber is like finding an honest car mechanic. Once you find them, you deal exclusively with them. In this case, I have to say that my experience with DMS Plumbing and Jose was 100% pain free. No up-sells, just good honest knowledge and super friendly. Gave estimates with no pressure, and was professional all around. Can't wait to get the shoddy workmanship in my place repaired and replaced over the next few weeks as my bank account can afford.

DMS Plumbing was great for us. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and I was sure we'd end up waiting until at least Monday for it to be fixed. Nope! Within an hour we had a tech out who was friendly and professional. He replaced out the water heater and provided an estimate for a water filtration system to replace our old water softener. We were so impressed with the company that we opted to go with it. By Tuesday the work was completed and cleaned up. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend DMS wholeheartedly!

I had a toilet leak in my master bathroom. DMS sent Doug out in 20 minutes to install in a new supply line and angle stop. He was extremely professional and did a great job! This was a huge stress relief because it was 7pm and I was worried it would drip all night.

Excellent service from DMS Plumbing and Doug the technician. I was very pleased with his work, and demeanor. You can tell he takes pride in doing a good job, I had a pressure regulator replaced and adjusted, a new RO unit installed, and a kitchen faucet replaced. Other than the first pressure regulator not working (the second one was fine), everything went off without a hitch. I'll be sure to use them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

DMS found my leak in my yard. I have a lot of turf and I have a utility sink in my yard I could not find the leak anywhere I had many people look but no matter what I did I came out every day to find my yard soaking wet. DMS took one look at it and found the leak. Fast accurate and happy customer. Definitely suggest to use them for plumbing.

I called DMS Plumber to repair or replace my water heater. I was super impressed when I first came in contact with the lady that answered the phone, Christina. She answered all of my questions on the phone and dispatched the plumber right away. When Doug arrived within 45 minutes, I found him to be incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. We've had a wonderful experience with DMS Plumbing. They came to our home and installed faucets throughout the house and also figured out why our water bill was so high. They are saving us $30 a month now because they spotted a leak that we wouldn't have otherwise noticed. It was in the toilet in our guest bathroom and wasn't making any noticeable noises. My boyfriend thinks he's a handyman and tried to repair our toilet himself, but only managed to make matters worse. What started as a clogged toilet, ended up as sewage spilling out UNDER our home. I was going to call our old plumber, but had previously received a mailer from DMS Plumbing advertising discounts. With a 10% off coupon, the cost of repairs and clean up were more than reasonable. Their dispatcher was very understanding as to the urgency of the matter, and even put their master plumber, Doug, on the phone to give me instructions on what to do to stop the spillage until their technician arrived.

Speechless about the kind of customer service they have to offer. They are a very upfront company gave me helpful tips and even discounts since I'm a teacher. Yesterday, I called Doug of DMS Plumbing, LLC. (based on a friend's recommendation) when I awakened to a water heater leaking in my garage.

Doug was able to diagnose the problem from texted photos and was at my home with a replacement in just a couple hours! Doug provided a level of service which I had thought was a thing of the past.

He was efficient, very reasonably priced and he had one other important trait (which we all hope for when we have to call someone for service) - he clearly knew what he was doing! No added-on unexpected charges, no selling new parts when the existing ones were safe to reuse, none of the typical infuriating stuff that we've grown accustomed to facing.

Doug shared his considerable knowledge freely and answered my questions without deceit and without hesitation.

Doug is a gentleman and it was a pleasure to talk with him while he worked his magic.

I'm his customer from now on. I couldn't be happier.

Don't use them, they will ripped you off.
They took advantage of the situation, knowing that we were in an emergency having no water since 2 days.
DMS plumbing isn't honest!!!
Don't trust them.
They want to charge $700 for an estimation.Total cost $750 for labor and parts to repair a broken pipe, not to change the all system, just to put 2 pieces of plastic pipe which would cost no more than $15. Labor, definitely not that much or they would charge $700 for an hour...

I don't recommend a contractor that is totally dishonest and takes advantage of you!!!
Another contractor quote the job for less than $250! Did the job and he didn't BS us.
So disappointing of people like DMS Plumbing. STAY AWAY!!!

Be careful of those contractors! It's really bad that so many contractors are trying to ripped people off especially in an emergency situation. 😕

This guys are great and very professional. About 2 years ago they came out to fix a leak from the main water line. Different companies were going to charge me 4000 and wanted to break my cement. Dms came out and charged 2700 and they didn’t have to break my cement. Fast forward I recently had a clog where the water was not going down in any of the restrooms. Jesse came out and took care of the issue and even cleaned up all the water that came out.

I would like to add 100 more stars!! Douglas came out to give me my free estimate, He is very friendly and honest! I was given quotes for almost 8000.00 dollars and told that I had to replace my whole water main. Douglas took a look and saw that it was only leak and proceeded to repair my leak for under 500 dollars. I will always use DMS and Douglas for my plumbing needs and you should too!!

Before setting an appointment I verified that they would be able to provide service to my address because I live out of town. After setting an appointment for a water softener they canceled twice and on the third appointment they informed me that they wouldn't be able to provide services at my address. I got an estimate from Tony he was professional and personable I scheduled the spot repair to my main and other small repairs, the leak was close to the main off and on so I offered to break the concrete which I did he comes out today and I get a call at work from dms office saying it will be an additional 160 dollars in parts without a detailed explanation in addition to my quoted price I said I would not pay over the price quoted I had other repairs on there as well, instead of work it out to not do another of the repairs and just do the leak he decided he didn't want to do the job and left. Now I have an exposed main with a leak and no work done! Thank you Tony and dms. The technician didn't even call me to explain maybe I would have understood the cost coming from him directly. $100+ dollars an hour doesn't seem like thin margins.

Out of hundreds of plumbing companies in town. I'm so glad we found a unique company like DMS Plumbing my grandmother and I are so happy with their services we highly recommend them to friends, family and every one out there with plumbing issues.
We had a leak underground other companies wanted thousands of dollars they even try to sell you a repipe when there is no need of it.
Dms plumbing took care of our plumbing issue did an amazing job, very clean, professional and much much cheaper.

The tech that showed up to fixed my clogged dishwasher was Jose Arias. He was extremely professional and offered a lot of advice is preventative plumbing. In late February DMS plumbing replaced a water heater at my house and everything seemed fine although they quoted me one price and then after the work was done said there was 3% credit card that was not disclosed to me before hand., well I don’t have $1,400 cash sitting around so I had to pay with a card and had to pay this extra fee. About a month later I was contacted by the water district saying I had a water leak and I needed to fix it so I called DMS again to assist with that.

Upon arrival the technician turned off the water to my house and the water meter was still spinning indicating a leak outside the house. He said it was a leak in my water main line and I needed a replacement. I asked him if it was possible if it could be anything else including the new water heater. He took a look at the water heater and said it wasn’t leaking but whoever installed it should have replaced the ball valve as it was corroding and would start leaking at some point. DMS were the ones who replaced it! He said well it wasn’t him personally, which was true. He then reiterated that my main line was leaking and gave me a $2,700 estimate to replace the main line and he would throw in the ball valve for free, how generous.

I decided to get other estimates and had another plumber come out the next day. He was there about 30 seconds and turned off the the irrigation with a switch outside the house which immediately stopped the water meter spinning. I felt stupid as I didn’t even know this switch existed and didn’t try it myself but DMS should have known and tried that especially after me asking 100 times what else it could be. These guys were going to dig up my front yard and replace a main line for $2,700 that didn’t even need to be replaced! I wonder what would have happened after all the digging and they discover the line is totally fine. I wont be using this company again.

The reason I chose DMS was based on the reviews. I was on a panic mode while toilet water leaking. DMS sent a plumber to install a new flange and a new toilet. I was very shocked to know it costed me around $900. The guy told me that was a discounted price. The DMS took advantage of my situation and charged way over the fair price. Also, I had some water damage and the plumber claimed that I had to get this resolved within 24 hours otherwise insurance company will not take care. He offered me a water damage mitigation company which probably was his buddy's. The whole 24 hours claim was a lie after I checked with the insurance company. I was disappointed for the dishonesty of the guy from DMS.

They came out to fix a plumbing issue at a business. Then forgot to put the sewage cap back on. Now the front of my office has sewage and fecies everywhere. They are Saying that they weren't here and did nothing. But I have video surveillance of their truck and plumbers doing it. And video of them leaving without putting the cap back on.
The lady name is gaby and says she's the manager. Very rude. She said that I can go put the cap back on. I said that this is NOT my job and I don't know what kind of disease is in that stuff.
I would highly recommend using a different company. For sure.

I had a leak in my bathroom & called out 3 plumbing companies. The first company gave terrible customer service. The 2nd one was so - so. They said I had a hot water leak under the slab & had to reroute the whole house. I still wasn't sure. Blaine from DMS came out & showed me how there was water on the outside of the house so re-routing was possible not the right thing to do. When the 2nd company called I explained how their customer service stunk & that there was water on the outside & that rerouting might not fix the problem. This gentleman raised even more questions so when I call for Blaine, he was out & the service manager, Doug took the call. He agreed to come out that next morning and take a look. He walked me around the house, showed me exactly what needed to be done to properly diagnose the problem. Sure enough, it was not a slab leak but a pin hole leak spraying into the wall. He quickly & efficiently fixed the problem! It also cost 85-90% less that what the other company wanted to charge - with out actually fixing the problem. Doug at DMS has earned my business from this point on!

In January we were moving into our condo. The shower faucet in the master bath was leaking badly. We saw a plumbing truck next door and found the plumber and asked if he could change the cartridge. He did, in fifteen minutes, and charged us $180.

So, today the guest bathroom faucet was leaking. Out of curiosity I called DMS Plumbing and asked what it would cost to fix it. I was told it would cost between $200 and $300.

I fixed it in fifteen minutes for $35 spent at Home Depot, including the special tool!

My mom called at 11:00 on a Saturday to get someone to come out and look at her leaky water heater. By 11:30 there was a plumber on the way to the house. He came in, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate for replacing an old water heater. He answered all of her questions about the water heater and warranty information. He explained everything that he was doing and showed us what he did when he was done. I was very impressed with this plumber, Rocky, and the company as a whole. I would like to commend DMS and particularly Ray Nichols on an exemplary job at my residence Saturday evening, January 13, 2018. Ray diagnosed my problem, saw that it was brand specific and returned after I had purchased a faucet that would fit in the tight space allowed. Excellent! We bought a house that had been vacant. It had copper plumbing that ran through the attic. Somebody tore it all out and stole it. DMS came in and figured out where to put the new pipes and rerouted the entire system in one day with no holes in the walls and all for a reasonable price. We will call them again !

I called DMS Plumbing to fix a clogged drain. Doug came out and checked it and he said the pipe was bad and had to be replaced. He had to cut a hole in the concrete floor in the bathroom to replace the bad pipe. They had it done in one day and they did an excellent job. We will definitely use DMS Plumbing again.

They came to my house to fix a drain that was backing up 3rd plumber we had there. First one to say we should get a camera and see what's going on. They used the camera told me there was a break in the line. We need to replace the pipe. Said they would get back to me in a few days with price. I called 4 days later said they would have someone call me. They never did. So I called another plumber. Thank goodness I did! because there was no break in the line!!! just a bad clog that was very difficult to. My pipes are working fine now. Thanks to Precision Plumbing. There's lots of good reviews on here about Dms. be careful as they may have posted those good reviews them self. Dms did get $550 out of me for a false diagnosis.

Complete ripoff, check out other local plumbers. I had called DMS Plumbing last summer based on a recommendation from a colleague. They came out and dug two 'exploratory' holes to look at the two gas risers I needed them to replace. Instead of a free quote, they wanted to charge me $2,500 to dig the two holes and look at the risers. Their quote for the project was just about $6,000 - insane for what needed to be done. I called another local plumber and got an actual free quote - just under $1,000. The other plumber did a great job at a fair price. How in the world could DMS justify 6x as much for the same job? Maybe they were trying to take advantage of a new customer. I may not know plumbing, but have enough common sense to know they are a ripoff.

I contacted DMS Plumnbing last week to meet me at my place of business for a quote. I was given a time and date with a 4-hour window of when I needed to be available. I am here today and I received a call from DMS plumbing with 4 minutes left of the 4-hour window telling me that they were stuck on emergency calls and will not be able to meet with me today. I am from Pahrump and made my way to Las Vegas to meet them. I have been here for 4-hours. The woman on the line apologized and offered a next day appointment with another 4-hour window. I told her I cannot keep rearranging my schedule for them because I am coming from quite a distance. The frustrating part in this is that they did not live up to their part of the bargain. I've now waisted 4-hours of my time and still need to find a plumber for my job. Your 4-hour window will kill your business from receiving new business. Advice, If you want customers, don't make it so difficult to get them. So Disappointing!

Had a pipe leak in the front yard. The company sent someone out within two hours. The tech, Anthony, gave us two options for repair. DMS Plumbing in Vegas is wonderful. We own an investment property in Vegas and our tenant called us with complaints of an increased water bill. We had 2 other quotes besides DMS and they not only came in at the most reasonable rate, the speed and professionalism of their crew (and owner, Douglas) was top notch. I was so happy that DMS Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment so fast. We called them at 10:00 am, and they said someone would be here between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Douglas was great. He arrived at noon, checked all the hot water locations, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Fortunately, he told us everything was really okay with our system, and didn't come up with expensive charges for some fake problem, just so the company could make money. I will definitely call DMS Plumbing for my next plumbing problem!

One day, the floor in our kitchen become very hot. After some internet research, my husband diagnosed it as a hot slab leak. We called DMS Plumbing late that night and they sent Doug out first thing the next morning. After a quick look around our house, he diagnosed the issue as a slab leak and gave us a quote. We were already impressed by his knowledge. However, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion, so we went through our home warranty company, who dispatched a random local company to take a look at the leak. They were awful, very unprofessional, and quoted the problem to be over double that of what DMS told us. We were not impressed, so we rightfully decided to book DMS Plumbing. Doug was able to come out on a Sunday to fix the hot water issue, but in the process found other problems. He easily could've just finished that job, taken a check, and left it at that, but he has the integrity to properly finish any job he starts. He and a crew came back on Tuesday. They worked quickly and efficiently. We can finally take hot showers again and our water bill won't be crazy high anymore! The professionalism and hard work at DMS Plumbing is why I would recommend this company. All of the staff is very knowledgable about what they're doing and the customer service is fantastic. Whenever I spoke to Christina in the office, she was so gracious and helpful. Hopefully our plumbing issues have ended, but if another problem arises, we will definitely be calling DMS Plumbing!

Wow. My water heater went out at 7 pm on a Sunday. I called DMS Plumbing and Gabby answered and was so accommodating. She gave me step by step instructions on how to get my water heater to stop leaking. By 8 am Monday, Doug was at my house, as primised and had the heater installed within 30 minutes. I'm so disappointed with DMS plumbing. I don't have enough room to write how I was treated as well as, how awful and unprofessional they are. The communication is horrible, the technicians are very time challenged. Once he showed up, he appeared to be in a rush fast talking about what he could do as it relates to the work I needed. He left supposedly sending me an estimation on several plumbing issues via text or email. I never heard back. I called a day later to only be disappointed again. We don't have the man power! REALLY..TO CAULK A SHOWER AND 2 TUBS, AND STOP A RUNNING TOILET 😥

Had a huge emergency at my house. All my bathtubs and showers were overflowing with water while my housekeeper was here cleaning. Called DMS plumbing and believe it or not they sent someone here within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I needed it badly because I was heading out of town that night and could not afford to have my house full of dirty water. Doug the technician fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He also went back to where the clog was and made sure everything was still clear 15 minutes later.

That's service above and beyond the call of duty. I can't recommend these guys enough. I've never been happier with a plumbing experience than with these guys. And the price was totally reasonable.
