I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

We had burglary in our place and we got flooded. We contacted LV Restoration and plumbing right away. They response time was so quick. They checked our place right away and coordinated with our insurance company. Blane was the person in charge for our place. He is the best contractor we can ever have. He worked so fast and efficient. He coordinated with us for the kitchen reno, paint color, wall repair, he even added some extra touches in our home. Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!
