NO customer service called names
Jason is awesome. We had a major problem last week and they came and took care of it in a hurry! Very grateful to have found A1 Action plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. Very reasonable and works with you on the prices.
Never came back to finish the job. I hired A-1 Action to fix a runny toilet. They said it was fixed and after they left I heard the toilet running again. I called and they said they would be back the next morning. I called them back and said how about in the afternoon. i had morning plans already. They never returned or called to reschedule. Yet they took my money!
These guys came out and did a great job! And it was quick and very inexpensive. I highly recommend them!

Same day service. Diagnosed what the problem is and fixed it right the first time. They didn’t price gouge. Cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call them the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Jason returned my call right away after my water heater burst. Wayne and Anthony really went above and beyond to get a replacement water heater and new fittings, very professional.

He was fast and did a great job. Price was reasonable considering how much work was involved. I will be using his services again in the future.
We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.

Jason RULES! I had a toilet water line in wall erupt. AHS sent out a different plumber as the repair was not covered. They wanted $250.00. I called Jason. He came and did the repair for $150.00. I then wanted to purchase 3 high boy toilets. He purchased, delivered and installed them at a fair price. My son bought me a new kitchen faucet. Again I called Jason. He sent out another plumber at a fair price. Everyone is very respectful. Thank you.

I've used these plumbers several times and they have always done great work at a very fair price. I don't understand the negative reviews, really. They've been excellent to me and my home over the last 5 years. Yes, I highly recommend them.
